There was no queue. I asked for charging, the phone was dead, they didn't find it, but it would be a nice bonus while the docks are being processed! Everything is so simple in the warehouse during shipping and receipt that I am surprised at the guys' efficiency. They're just great. They will tell you how best to pack and load a very valuable cargo, there are a lot of services. I got a motorcycle from them, the guys checked everything, opened everything very carefully, took it out themselves, I didn't suffer from anything, and they did it super fast in front of my eyes. The calculation of the cost on the site, it turns out, "is preliminary and indicative" and may increase by one and a half times in the process due to additional services. When making an application on the website, the address of the fence is indicated and the cost is calculated, and then it turns out that the fence from certain areas comes for an additional fee, the need to enter the territory is also for money, open the body and put a box in it is also for money. As a result, it is not entirely clear what is included in the basic version of taking cargo from the address. Cargo tracking is also quite extravagant - if suddenly the cargo did not arrive in time for the originally specified delivery date, it does not matter, it automatically changes on the site the next day, without notifying the recipient at all.

Excellent transport company , fast delivery , they deliver to the entrance in the Republic of Belarus , reasonable prices, you can pick up the parcel yourself from the warehouse in Minsk Promyshlennaya Lane 12B (2-3 km from MKAD) after customs inspection.Several entrances/exits are located on the second floor of an office building. The staff are friendly and helpful. Logistics specialists call each other and agree on the delivery date. They help to find the parcel when contacting if they have already received it for delivery. Storage is possible , for the first 3 days without payment , and in the future ~ 4.8rubles / day for a parcel of up to 0.5 m3. There are also problematic situations when a parcel can arrive at the warehouse unopened, and, as it turned out, the WHALE is not responsible for this, since they received the cargo from another warehouse already opened (the driver takes a photo / video), and even if the cargo is insured, it will be problematic to receive a refund. Valuable cargoes probably need to be additionally protected and not only by insurance. The company is worthy to use its delivery service again.

I don't understand how such companies still work. we sent the order according to approximate parameters, without crates, without prepacking, only their pallet. It is clear that the parameters will change when the cargo is delivered to the warehouse, taking into account the pallet. as a result, the price increases almost 5 times. When asked not to send an order, they reply that they will stop it only upon written request. OK. please do not send it until tomorrow, because it is not possible to ride several times to the other side of the city. they say "no, we won't stop it," in about the same tone as in a chat or on the phone. I'm trying to clarify whether the order will leave before tomorrow morning (the cargo was delivered around 3 p.m.), because usually in such shopping centers the cargo leaves within a week, but no, the cargo is already in the car and cannot be stopped)) you need to wait until he gets to the final destination and returns back, so that in any case either the sender or the recipient gets to pay for the delivery. the attitude is terrible, even if you call the police and let them show you where they loaded and shipped the cargo in half an hour! but even in this case, everything is backed up by a pile of waste paper that needs to be filled so that later it would be impossible to simply take your cargo back.

The delivery request was processed on the website, no one contacted me until she started calling and finding out where my cargo was. The logistician did not introduce herself, but the communication was indifferent to the verge of indifference. As a result, delivery in Minsk was offered within 3 days. They took it themselves. A very unreliable company. Delivery dates are constantly shifting: on October 31, the cargo was delivered in Yekaterinburg - on November 6, they reported that the car with my cargo was unloading, on November 8 they were going to pick up the cargo, they said that there was no cargo - the car was at customs inspection, postponed to November 11, and then from November 11 it was postponed to November 12. And such moments arise all the time. It is difficult to get through to the managers in Minsk - they rarely pick up the phone, and if they do, then you need to wait another 5-10 minutes and listen to how they let other clients go. And you won't get any explanations from the cargo managers - "Wait for the call" and they hang up. The prices for transportation are not the smallest, taking into account all the above points.

I've read a lot of negative reviews here. But I'm giving it 5 stars. Maybe I was lucky. It's all done. as promised. I'm from Minsk. I ordered a package from Altai. And this is 4000 km away from me for a minute. The parcel arrived in Minsk in 2 weeks for 24 rubles. And I also paid 8 rubles for delivery to the door, I am 100% satisfied. In a month I will order another parcel from Altai and apparently I will lean back to the KIT company.

I highly do not recommend this company. A man from China poisoned a parcel for me once, but he specified the recipient's name and address incorrectly (we look like the same person to them :)) The error was discovered when the parcel had already arrived in Minsk. In order for me to be able to pick up the parcel, the Chinese and I decided to change the recipient. The man explained the situation to Kit's agent in China and sent my details. The agent assured me that everything would be done in a few days. Nothing was done in a week or a month. We had to be reminded of the problem four more times. In the end, two months later, the recipient was replaced. And of course, during all this time, while the Kit company was making titanic efforts to replace it, it charged itself a storage fee. As a result, when I came to pick up the parcel, they rolled out a bill of 300 rubles (approximately 7,200 Russian rubles) for storage. To my reasonable question: "Why should I pay for your poor administration?" I was told that they would now write to the manager in Moscow to allow him to reduce the fee. I was ready to refuse, but Kit's company is just beautiful - they didn't refuse right away, but took the time to solve the problem. 4 days later, when it dawned on me that I would have to pay for it again, I picked up the parcel without waiting for an answer. In a word, it's a nightmare. There are enough other organizations that work much better. Go there, and let the Kit company learn how to work.

Of the good things, I can only mention the relatively low cost of shipping services. We used it twice, we were outraged from the very beginning that they asked to put a signature for the absence of claims even before you actually see your cargo. Like, if anything, you'll come back later... surely you can insist on a preliminary inspection, in which case you would have to trudge to the warehouse, then return to the office, located at a decent distance from each other. Well, this is the first one... Further, the wait for the search for your cargo in the warehouse, judging by my experience and the waiting time in the queue at the warehouse, is always long. They search for a very long time, as if they themselves do not know where they have what lies... At the second receipt, we had to wait in line at the office, although there are not a few reception windows, but not all of them work. In the office, the staff is polite and pleasant, in the warehouse - frozen and angry. Well, the apogee of my personal impressions was the appearance of my box, it contains children's things and toys as a gift from relatives, it left intact, but arrived with a huge rush from above and a little less from the side. Miraculously, nothing fell out, got lost or got dirty. From above, the gap looks like it was deliberately picked and rummaged inside... I didn't have enough time to go to the office to investigate the situation, the children were already tired of waiting in the car, but in general, in my opinion, the situation is quite outrageous.

I represent a legal entity and our company has been working with KIT Shopping center for many years: we ship hundreds of cargoes through them every month. And everything would be fine: polite staff, always helpful, quick to work and handle shipments, always in touch to resolve issues, such as forwarding, etc. Sometimes there are small things like the fact that the documents for the cargo do not reach the recipient and or the cargo arrives slightly battered. But this is a small percentage and nothing critical except once. And it is this case that shows the true face of the TC KIT company, not the office in Minsk, but the attitude of the company's management and head office towards people. And it was like that. We sent cargo from Minsk to Russia - several places. As a result, the TC lost one place and the cargo did not arrive at the final terminal in full. We ask: is it possible to receive at least that part of the cargo that arrived, and then wait for the lost place - either they will find it, or they will return the compensation (because more than a month has passed since the shipment - the deadline in the LC is constantly being pushed back and there is no end to it, the customer is just on edge). The answer is yes, you can. Well, the customer took the arrived cargo. After a while, we ask - what is there about the lost place - have you found? No. It's been a couple more months. Have you found it? - no. OK, what should I do? Write a claim for the loss of cargo. We have sent a claim. A month later, the response is rejected, and the shipment is received. As received, we were not given one place, and you have it listed in the LC. Whatever, the driver signed the documents on receipt of the cargo when picking up the cargo, no shortage reports were drawn up. But we initially took part of the cargo in order to wait later and pick up the remaining space later. Whatever, there is no shortage report. As a result, they completely stopped communicating with us on this issue at the disposal of the KIT security service! So the compensation was not returned to us, although we pay for cargo insurance in a separate column each time, and for the entire time we paid the insurance amount 100 times more than the cost of the lost seat, the cost of which we wanted to reimburse. And this is the attitude of a loyal customer! Despite this case, we are still working with TC KIT, but there is no longer that trust. I will no longer recommend this company to partners, I will not praise it. The company's policy is never to lose money, even when it is clearly the fault of the shopping center. This must be borne in mind.

Delivery from Moscow to Minsk has been going on for a week. The cargo has been traveling from St. Petersburg to Minsk for 18 days. Delivered to the warehouse on May 23. It shows the delivery on June 12th (it will be 20 days already!!!!!!!). And it's not a fact that he will arrive - the deadline is constantly postponed. Guys, this is from one capital to another, it's not from the far north! It is not yet known in what condition the cargo will arrive in the end, or whether it will arrive at all. Judging by the reviews, there is no point in contacting insurance claims. This is my second and last collaboration with TC KIT. There is no need to hang noodles about logistics - we are going from a million-plus city to a million-plus city, from warehouse to warehouse.

It is simply impossible to get through to 2 phone numbers, they do not take the handset. Once, after 30 minutes of trying to get through, they picked up the phone, checked the number and said that the car was at customs inspection (goods from Russia, what customs inspections could be, but that's okay), they couldn't orient the time of arrival of the cargo, they said they were waiting for a call, I've been looking for a new driver to pick up the cargo for days, but the deadline is constantly it is being transferred. Very bad TC, we will not apply here anymore!

This is the first time we have encountered this carrier. I'm just in shock! They brought a cracked package at the pick-up point, the box was opened and the order was out of stock. They explained this to us by giving our order to another person along with his order. For some reason, everything was in one drawer, although the specialists charged us money for packaging. It's also unclear why someone else's order was in one package that we paid for. We came to the specialists to find out why this happened, so one of them calmly explained to us that we had to wait for our order to be found. The second specialist behaved aggressively, started insulting in front of strangers. Not only did they pay for the packaging, but they didn't receive the order, they also insulted me. What the hell is going on? The whole thing just makes my emotions go through the roof, for such an injustice.

They take a very long time to deliver. If they write on the site for 3-4 days, then everything goes 7-8. The last time it took 3 days from the moment the application was created to the arrival of the courier, another 1 day before the acceptance and then another 9 days for delivery (St. Petersburg - Minsk). A horse-drawn wagon train would have arrived faster. And tracking does not work correctly at all, it is not even worth paying attention to.

I was waiting for delivery from Moscow to Vitebsk. Firstly, there are no Belarusian numbers or addresses in the forwarding receipt. I had to look for the Belarusian number and the address of the office in Minsk myself to find out where the parcel was. They told me that the parcel had arrived in Minsk, asked for the delivery address in Vitebsk and said that we had it the next day. The next day, I was informed that the driver's car had broken down, and when asked to send it by minibus or whatever else (the parcel was very urgent), I was told that they could not, that the driver had all the documents, and the driver was repairing at a service station (or tire shop) and could not leave. They said they would definitely bring it on Sunday (quote from the operator). No driver contacts, nothing is left. Sunday comes and nothing is brought. It's useless to call the office - they have a day off. As a result, I was deceived, due to the lack of a parcel, I suffered losses, since the contents of the parcel were necessary for work. I will never use the services of this company again.

The most terrible transportation company we've ever worked with!!! I do not recommend it, there are more responsible companies where everything is in order with the deadlines and the service is at the level. And this place is a mess!!! You need to spend half a day to get through, stand in line for the cargo for a long time, and most importantly, there is no exact delivery time, the cargo may arrive in a week, or even two or even more.Every time you're lucky. And this is the most important criterion for us! Many years ago, when we worked with them, the goods also disappeared from the cargo periodically and nothing could be proved!!!

Hi! I have used the services of this TC several times already. When reading reviews, many will refuse to cooperate with them. At the same time, the company does not fail. Disgusting attitude towards customers. When you finally manage to get through, you hear "KIT Transport Company, wait" and then you can hang on the phone for 10 minutes listening to them serving other customers in the office in the background. Please appreciate not only your time, but also the time of your customers, i.e. those who bring you money.
