FOK is a good, very necessary and long-awaited facility in Mikhanovichi. I will leave a review about the sauna, as there are no photos anywhere at all, and the sauna is gorgeous. The hammam is generally the best I've been to. Steam and temperature are constantly maintained. One thing, but this is purely a matter of preference, I want a relaxing aroma in the hammam, and lemon is somehow very invigorating). Everything is clean and tidy. There is a resting place, a baptismal font (with water at the temperature of the main pool), a bucket for pouring, deck chairs. We had a great rest! I recommend you to visit!

I go to the pools all the time. There are your favorites, and there are not so many.. I accidentally got into this pool of the KIT wellness complex and was pleasantly surprised. New, clean, everything in its place and friendly staff. The pool is spacious, but there are not enough people... People, go to such a great swimming pool to swim, it's cool and useful!!We were allowed to walk around the complex - an excellent gym, sauna. I wish all employees and management good luck and further prosperity.

I've been to different pools. Everything is generally not bad, but there is a trick that will be discussed later)) I called in advance, they gave me excellent advice on the phone, I didn't even expect it. I came, and they explained everything in detail again. I took off my shoes, I'm sitting in flip-flops waiting for the instructor, I came, I was invited. I was almost led by the hand again and everything was shown in detail in the locker room, shower and pool. The peculiarity, I don't like it, is that you go to the locker, undress, go to the shower naked, while the naked one is quite visible from the pool side, there is a straight passage, after the shower you go back to the locker, put soap accessories, take the key and with it to the water and there are trays on the table with the inscription "M" and "W", where you leave it for storage, the main thing is not to forget the number. The water is SUPER! What you need to practice swimming, namely the temperature! I can't say exactly which one, but it's not hot, even the first few seconds are cool, but it's not hot to swim like in some other pools where you had to stop and cool down. The clock is clearly visible, the staff is always present, there were few people at my session. When swimming on your back, there are no safety measures in the form of flags a few meters before hitting your head against the wall. There were massive wooden beams on the ceiling and it was possible to hang at least some kind of flag on them, otherwise they are the same and you don't always have time to count. 10-15 minutes before the end of the session, they decided to carry out cleaning work around the pool bowl using a scrubbing machine. The work does not interfere, but it can be done between sessions. The work continued... At the end of the time period of the session, the staff went to the center of the pool, which I understood as everything, well, it is quite convenient and understandable. I got out, got the key, and put the key in the locker (in other pools there is a rack, a bench, a high chair, a shelf where you put soap accessories and at the end you go to the shower, and then into the locker to dry off and get dressed), soap accessories in the locker and into the shower. By the way, everything is good in the shower, it is spacious, there is a shelf in the stall. Cleaning with a scrubbing machine is still going on. Haven't you forgotten? Here's a lady with this car walking around the men's locker room while you're taking a shower and ready to go out and dry off at any moment, which is exactly what happened. I get out of the shower naked (let me remind you, if someone is in the pool, it's easy to see a naked person in the aisle) and I see a woman with a scrubbing machine coming out of the locker room. I go to the locker and dry myself. There are also rooms in the locker room, the size of a fitting room in stores with a mirror, hooks and a bench, there are many of them, where you can even lock the bolt and tidy yourself up - it's cool, I've never seen this anywhere. The hair dryer did not consider whether it is possible to connect your own, in the sense of having an outlet. After getting dressed, I go out, there are chairs in the lobby and a lot of hair dryers, one of which was faulty, as evidenced by the information plate (in some pools, the hair dryers may not work and you won't know until you try to turn them on, or even they are completely missing). It probably won't be very pleasant for the ladies to dry themselves if visitors stare at them from the lobby while drying, as well as going to the gym, and maybe even somewhere else. I liked that after the end of the session they don't kick you out and you can wipe yourself as much as you need. The promised feature of this establishment: men's and women's locker rooms...combined! Yes! It is possible to safely walk from the men's room to the women's room, which I did, stepping in with one foot. Moreover, it is not immediately clear. Coming out of the shower naked, you go to the locker room through a certain viewable corridor in which you can view everything. Why isn't there a partition? Probably because then there will be no such feature of this pool. Bottom line: everything is fine, but all the nuances are features that you need to be prepared for, i.e. do not walk naked, but wrap yourself in a towel, do not run to the women's locker room in vain and put the key in the tray without soapy things. The work has been completed, and there will be no changes. I recommend it!

But unfortunately, the ticket office did not warn that the ticket to the frog house is a payment for half an hour, and not for an hour, like the rest.
