This is the second time I use the services of TC KIT. Everything was fine the first time. And it came on time, and they called in the morning, said that the parcel had arrived, you can pick it up. And the second time they lost the parcel, they say they can't find it, the system crashed. And a couple of days later she was found, but there are no documents for the parcel! They say if you don't need the documents, you can pick up the parcel. They said on the phone that they were working until 18:30. And on the website and on the office itself it says that before 18:00. I arrived to pick up the goods at 17:50, and the doors are already closed. There's no one here! That's it!
