Even in terms of price/quality ratio, it's just bad. Starting from the constant problems in the cargo clearance area, ending with the delivery area. You should at least make steps that you can't kill yourself on. And the low cost of logistics is, firstly, fiction, and secondly, not an excuse.

Good afternoon! We ordered delivery through this company from St. Petersburg to Karaganda. When opening the package, traces of nails were found on the furniture (due to the crate). We have compiled a letter of claim, attached photos and videos. A month has passed, there is no response and no refund! The company cannot answer clearly!
