Once the order was taken, but it was completely broken on the road (tile) (it was not packed, it was just lying in the car without boxes, and the car hit a bump / hole) 3. They brought a tub without legs, they promised to take it 4. Then they said that the legs had not been paid, although it was impossible to buy a bathtub without legs, they tried to force them to pay again 5. The order was collected by the agreed date, but "did not fit into the car", so "let's go tomorrow, exactly, exactly" 6. As a result, the order was delayed for a month, the master has already taken another job and as a result, the repair was delayed very much 7. The tile was calculated incorrectly, there was a lot left, and they did not understand why (or they counted a single color for everything, and then added a drawing, or they laid all the cut ones as whole, or they counted with the door or laid a stock - it is not clear) 8. well, like a cherry, one number was written in the order, the discount card was issued for another, but they called randomly, one by one, then another, although the operator was the same 9. the contact number was not answered for a long time, the site was not working at that time, communication was only via Viber In general, there are a lot of bonuses, you can't use them now, we planned to make a second big order, but we didn't take the risk…

There were no problems with delivery. They brought it, lifted it to the floor . The packaging was slightly opened to make sure that the glass was intact and that was it. They handed over a warranty card, took the money, and issued a check. And now it's time to install, as it turned out, the kit should include a cranstein, but it's not there. As a result, it did not work out. The package is not listed anywhere, and we, mother and daughter, are not experts to determine what should be included in the package. We contacted the site, wrote a complaint, and for the third week we didn't get any good answers. That's the attitude.
