We have been to Kiwi many times with our dog for various requests. We have had checkups, visited a dermatologist, had blood tests for rabies titers, vaccinations and a health certificate for the flight. The visit really does happen at the appointed time, there are no long lines. The prescribed treatment has always helped. The staff is very pet-friendly, all checkups were done without putting pressure on the dog, very softly and gently.

Seems like people here just don't like their job and animals in general. In order to make an appointment you wait HOURS for support to answer your message in dm. Why don't they have a proper service?? The doctors are rude, and don't like to examine problems thoroughly and properly. They usually just scratch the surface and call it a day.
