Do not try to contact this company. Only amateurs work. We have to follow the masters and make sure that everything is done correctly. They could not fix the outdoor unit - they put it on bricks on the roof, but this is not the worst thing - to install the unit on the roof, they had to extend the track by 4.5 meters (810 UAH), and they did not think of refueling the refrigerant, as a result of which the air conditioner simply works like an expensive fan. After my repeated calls to the company's office, I was denied Normal installation and it was stated that the departure of the master would additionally cost 150 UAH and refueling 450 UAH, although this service is included in the installation cost. As a result, I had to look for another installation company.
