I tell you in order – on January 17, 2019, I applied online to the Kiev Legalization Center (http://klc.kiev.ua ) which is located at the address - Kiev, lane. Mikhailovsky, 4, to obtain a certificate of non-criminal record for visa processing. At the time of my request, the prices on the site were as follows: 3 days – 200 UAH, 2 days – 300 UAH, 1 day – 400 UAH. I didn't need a certificate urgently, but I still chose the "1 day" tariff. Having contacted this office, they did not warn me about any problems that are present (more on them later). They assured that they would give everything promptly. After payment, they inform me that for some mystical reasons, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine temporarily suspended the issuance of these certificates, but everything should be restored from day to day (at the same time, other agencies issued certificates WITHOUT PROBLEMS). The issuance of certificates, according to their information, was restored on January 18, and the deadlines were called – "approximately a week". After 19 days (February 5), when the time for visa processing was already very tight for me, I demanded that they recalculate the cost of registration, to which I was given the answer – "we have one tariff for processing such certificates." I went to the site, and the truth is they changed everything on the site, and now instead of three tariffs, there was one – "1-2 days – 500 UAH.", despite my beliefs that when I paid there was completely different information, they lied that it had always been so, and when I said that you don't even invest in 1-2 days, they just IGNORED MY MESSAGES! As a result, I received a certificate 26 days after payment! ALMOST A MONTH!!! Of course, no one has revised the payment amount! As a result, I had to urgently leave the country for which I was applying for visas, leaving my family. During this time, other documents required for this have expired. After all this, they didn't even apologize! Therefore, I do not recommend even the enemy to work with them! If necessary, I am ready to provide all screenshots of correspondence with this "sharashka".
