Never contact this company if you don't want to ruin your trip. I bought a ticket from them, but a week later the plans changed, I wanted to cancel - the website is not working. Then I turned to Nikolai Nikolaevich, he said that in 2-3 hours he would go to the computer and make a cancellation, 4 hours passed, but he did not make any cancellation, he stopped contacting me and I went to his office. What was happening in the office was beyond the pale: he was shouting, kicking out, saying that clients were waiting for him, and I was already not a client?? He was more than nice when buying the ticket. With a promise to return the money at 18.00, he threw me out the door, and I contacted the police. By the way, he spoke so rudely to the police, apparently not for the first time. He threatened the policeman right into the phone that God forbid I would show up at his office, that I was inadequate, and so on. There is still no money at the moment.…

This is the worst firm I've come across. I bought tickets in January with a trip to Belarus from Poland and back. Unfortunately, I never got to Poland with these carriers. Tickets were purchased on 02/12/2023 for 4 people. 10.02 information appeared on the website that all flights are canceled and the funds will be refunded after 13.02, but for this it is necessary to send information about tickets by email, we tried to call to clarify the information, but no one answered phone calls during the day.11.02 at about 23 we got a call and said that they were still going and offered us a trip at 4:00 or at 14:00, taking into account that we had booked tickets for 7:00, unfortunately none of the second time suited us due to the fact that we had bought tickets We have already bought tickets for the train from Bialystok from another carrier. On 14.02 , an email was sent to the email address, but today it is already 8.03, and the response has not been received. We call from Poland with some frequency, but it feels like no one is working in the office, because no one is answering.It was not possible to hand over tickets via the website on 10.02 or 11.02. I faced a deception (you can't call it anything else) on the refund of funds with this carrier. The tickets were purchased through the Biletbus website on 30.01.2023 and cancelled by the carrier itself due to the closure of the border through Bobrovniki. The site has information that you need to write a letter to their email asking for a refund, which was done on my part..The wait lasted a month and a half and silence in response. I personally contacted the director of the company Markevich, who personally promised to sort everything out and return everything. I received a refund for only one ticket with a 20% deduction. I warned the director that I would go to the police....he called back, assuring that he would return everything, that he did not need someone else's. To this day, silence, although I personally left the account number at his request. Empty promises, brazen deception-bravo, Mr. Markevich, you are a real businessman.
