Positive.The location is great for a city hotel. Everything is nearby.and the beach, and shops, and the center, and disco, and cafes. The rooms are spacious. Clear.
Minuses. Some rooms have a view of the wall, there is no normal shower hose, there are not enough kettles and other utensils, TVs do not work in all rooms,
In principle, it all depends on luck and which room you get into. An old hotel where a lot of things are broken. It has a lot of regular customers. And its disadvantages are nothing to me. I'll go again.

A good hotel for unassuming people))) for 40 rubles. for 17 days and 18 nights, it is unlikely that you can find something cheaper somewhere. The room is two-room with air conditioning, the kitchen had everything you needed and everything worked. They were filmed only to spend the night and cook (sometimes) to eat.
Cleopatra Beach is a five-minute walk away without hurrying.
Towels were changed every four days, as well as bed linen.
It all comes down to the slogan: PRICE - QUALITY!

Very large two-room rooms with a kitchen, you can cook, which makes it easier to find food on vacation with young children. They do the cleaning if you ask. The only problem for us was that it was very hot. In July, the room under the roof was heated to a state of hell) The air conditioner is only in a small room, and it is very dirty and absolutely not cooled. If I go to Alanya in the autumn, I would return there.

The hotel is for those who go to the sea, and not to languish in a hotel. 2024 without power, in the rooms there is a kitchen with a sink, dishes + a kettle with a stove (2 burners) on request (they do not give it themselves, if you ask they will bring it for free).
There is a migros nearby, many cafes, a central road runs behind the building and there is a public transport stop (noise from the road does not interfere).
You need to walk 500 meters to the sea, but without strain, even with children. There is a swimming pool on the roof, but it was not very clean at our check-in, so after looking at it on the day of arrival we did not go up anymore. It seems that there is a choice of rooms without air conditioning, but I do not advise - cook in the summer and freeze out of season.
In general, the hotel of the early 2000s in terms of furniture, furnishings and filling, with maintaining good condition, did not bother much, but put 4 * since the price against the background of other tours was at the bottom of the market and with departure from the city of residence and transfer from Antalya airport + the ability to cook independently was a great advantage on vacation with children.

We had a rest at the end of May. No food, just accommodation. The room is spacious. For four people there is a bedroom with 4 beds, in the second room there is a kitchen and two sofas with a TV. A balcony overlooking the street. A magnolia tree bloomed in front of the room. The hotel has a hammam and a hookah bar. There is no cafe. Nearby, around the corner is the Mtgros store. There's a water park across the street. There are many restaurants. The least expensive with large portions to the left of the exit is called GUL. Excellent sea, Cleopatra beach 5 min. walking.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time. Three years ago, I got a room on the third floor, cockroaches were running around. It's funny because above the restaurant, well, there was a kind of bar. There's a hookah bar there now, but they serve some kind of food. An apartment hotel with a kitchenette. Air conditioning is paid, not included in the room rate, as well as a safe. The conder costs $ 55 a week, it seems. This year, it was June-July. The room was given on the 4th floor. At first, the elevator did not go there, the button did not work. The admin stupidly repeated that everything was OK! Works. I had to drag him by force to show him. In 5 days!! It's working. It's the same with the second set of towels. We went to the room, there is one set, there is no second one. I literally had to demand it. They smile and answer - tomorrow! I want a shower today! I also had to strangle the admin right away. The current room faced the road, it was noisy, but the sun did not burn all day. The more shadowy side. There were no cockroaches. The room is clean, cleaned almost every day. There is a balcony with a table and chairs on it. The pool is on the roof of the hotel, shallow, for children. The water is cloudy. There are sun beds, no umbrellas. And often you will come - the garbage has not been cleaned. Previously, the terrace on the 5th floor was open. Now they have put up windows, sofas, and smoke hookah. Dear guests, never contact this hotel. Save your nerves and time.In short, the owner of this hotel is not honest and actually does not take care of his guests from the word in any way.At the reception, the man in general, as I understand it, is just a night watcher.Wi-Fi works disgusting.The pool is open until 18.00....This option is not convenient with children at all.The rooms are in need of repair. Additional price for a safe and air conditioning. People have difficulty speaking English, solving problems is not their problem.The price and quality do not match, as well as the actual description of the hotel.It's dirty, everything is old and broken.

If we consider this hotel as an apartment in the center of Alanya, then it's not bad. If you rate it as a hotel, then 2 points. The pool is disgusting, dirty, without umbrellas, the sun beds stink of bleach. It is made so that no one goes there. And yes, do not take breakfast, because they take place in another village, at a distance of about 800 meters from the hotel and it is such a pleasure to go there in the morning. Very thin walls, you can hear EVERYTHING. If you are connoisseurs of your sleep, I do not advise it. Take earplugs right away. Yes, in this hotel with such a noise, earplugs should be included. We were first hooked up with a noisy couple. They spent 2 hours, then laughed at night, then at 7 a.m. it started again. The result is 3 hours of sleep and a sore head.
It didn't last long, they left. People settled in again. Two feminist women who laughed at night and discussed their way of life and that the sea heals family life. Ah, we knocked on their door, no one answered. And now there's a mess on top. From 7 am every day, horse racing and spanking begin. I wouldn't complain if it wasn't so loud and the walls weren't thin. Waking up from a knock is such a thing. I understand 1 time, but every day from 7 am. Yes, we went to them. The result - not opened.
The walls are very thin, you can even hear a neighbor's interlocutor on the phone, as someone snores and goes to the toilet.
The furniture is shabby, it is impossible to sit on chairs, we lay towels, the table is full of holes and dishes cannot be put on it. We cleaned every day, even when the maid knocks and you run to open the door for her, she doesn't wait and comes in herself right away. it's up to you. For this money, it's top if you walk all day and sleep at night. Cooking is normal, although there is no lid from the frying pan.
It's cold in November, take warm suits and pajamas, it's very cold and cold floors, I've been sick for 3 weeks because of the cold.

If you read the reviews and draw the right conclusions, then you can live perfectly in this hotel. I mean, you don't have to expect anything supernatural from a 2* apartment hotel. Everything you need is there (refrigerator, nimble electric stove, dishes), excellent mattresses, clean bed linen (changed 2-3 times a week) and towels. Cleaning is daily, and on the day when it rained, it was cleaned twice. Very convenient location with respect to transport, shops, cafes and markets. The sea is 5-7 minutes walking distance. There is an interesting archaeological museum on the way to the sea. Excellent staff at the reception, do not refuse help and are attentive to requests. Or maybe we're so lucky. They didn't get into the hammam, I can't say anything. But very often someone went there, it seemed that the place was in demand. The biggest drawback of this hotel is the outdated shower cabin equipment. This does not even require repair, but replacement.

Отдыхаем здесь третий год подряд. Обновили кафе, на крыше. Организовали кальянную. Удобное расположение. Всё необходимое в шаговой доступности. Достопримечательности, магазины, пекарни, кафе и рестораны. Прогулки комфортны и не затруднительны, что не может не радовать. Рекомендую)

Отель соответствует заявленным требованиям, в номере все чисто, мебель и сантехника подуставшие, но все работало, есть холодильник, плита, чайник , посуда, номер состоит из двух комнат, гостиная с кухней, спальня, балкон выходил на тихий проулок, спали с открытыми окнами, уборка ежедневно, постель мягкая, удобная, персонал очень дружелюбный и приветливый, бассейн на крыше , там же бар, рядом Мигрос, Бим через дорогу, до пляжа номер 4 8 минут через красивую улочку Мухаббет, отдых прошел прекрасно.

But during the week of our vacation, they never cleaned properly, the floors were not washed, the towels were changed once. The room itself is well-worn, the furniture is old. I liked the hotel only as a place to spend the night. Otherwise, it's better to look for cleaner places

We visited this hotel in 2022 and decided to return in 2023 on our own head. We arrived late and were at the hotel at about 23.30 and then it started. We were informed that there are no rooms and we have to go to another hotel and stay there for some time, for example three days. This hotel is also theirs and if we like it, we can stay there. To say that we were stunned, to say nothing! The clarification of the relationship did not give any sense, and we were tired. But the final touch convinced me that the shores were confused at the hotel. Our suitcase was just taken out of the hotel by some guy, put on the doorstep and went to catch a taxi. They brought us to the Smile Hotel.
If Cleopatra Aitur can be called a tired hotel, then Smile is literally dying. Of the good ones, only the mattress is hard enough. Everything else works according to the principle and fine. Is the air conditioner blowing on the bed because there are no blades there? Anyway, it's blowing. Does the toilet flush with a thin trickle? Oh well, it washes away. The fact that there are breakfasts, thank God, of course, but I can cook eggs myself, we went to the apartment. But the fact that there is nowhere to drink tea in the evening, I did not like it at all.
The next day, the director came as he called himself for a conversation and asked to stay here for three nights, then he would give us a nice room with air conditioning and a free extension of the room. Agreed, of course. However, he didn't even bother to look that the air conditioner has already been paid for. And, looking ahead, I will say, no one has extended our number!
As we realized later, this is their usual scheme, sending most of the tourists to the Smile hotel for a while, apparently filling it in such a simple way. I haven't seen so many scandals at the reception anywhere, and I go often!
And then it was already in small things, then the refrigerator turned off, then the condee flowed. They fixed it, of course, but they stole a lot of time from us and frayed our nerves.
It seems that the hotel administration is absolutely not interested in the fact that they wanted to return to them and did everything possible to prevent this from happening.
The rooms are tired: the toilet is buzzing, the sofas in the living room have known dry cleaning for a very long time. Mattresses are very soft, pillows consist of lumps. There are enough dishes (saucepan, frying pan, spoons/forks/plates/cups), but the bed linen is clean, the room is cleaned every day. Wi-Fi in the room catches poorly, even though they lived next to the router. There is no sound insulation in the hotel, the slamming of every door can be heard in the room.
The hotel does not have its own territory
And so no one spoiled the sea and the sun, of course, but we don't set foot in this hotel anymore. We walked around the neighborhood, there are a lot of apartments, there are plenty to choose from even in this location
If you want to play the game will settle- will not settle, a good room - with a view of the wall, then you are here, but I really DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel precisely because of the attitude of the administration to the guests. No, they will smile at you, but it didn't make it any easier for us

Из хорошего - расположение отеля рядом с пляжем и большие номера, есть стиральная машина на ресепшн. В целом отель очень уставший, давно не было ремонта, убирают плохо, периодически появляется ужасный запах из канализации.

I lived in this hotel 3 years ago, an old hotel, furniture and everything else, just a scoop. We rented a two-room apartment with a kitchen. The only plus is that it's quiet to sleep and the sea is nearby, cafes and shops. The hotel itself did not like it, if it does not matter to anyone, then please. On the 1st floor there is an excellent, inexpensive hookah bar, there are always a lot of visitors.

Добрый день отдыхали в отеле с 17 мая по 31 мая, номер был 103 нас было 4 взрослых и ребенок 2 годика Номер угловой, не большой балкон, кондиционер только в спальне, она не большая кровать2 спальная ,2 тумбочки, комната маленькая. Сам номер можно сказать уставший, все старенькое, в туалете плесень. Кондиционер платный 5 долларов сутки,но стоит в спальне,а не в большой комнате. Через дорогу винный магазин и табачная лавка, слева если выходить из отеля хорошая харчевня примерно метров 100 , прекрасное люля из баранины, обед на двоих два горячих два пиво примерно 1000 рублей.за углом метров 100 справа от отеля мигрос, карты мир тинькоф принимает, сбер не проходил , до пляжа метров 500 ,два лежака и зонтик 75 лир в день, на гору подняться70 лир туда и обратно, отель чисто переночевать , тв 2 канала но показывает плохо. Расположение хорошие все рядом кафе,пляж магазины, до рынка минут 15-20 Пешком

Сразу выбрали этот апарт отель. Это как раз то, что нужно любящим самостоятельность и независимость от инклюзива путешественникам.
Сейчас живём в нем, ожидания полностью оправдались. Да, он не новый, мебель не итальянская, но все чисто, аккуратно, работает. Если что-то сломалось или отсутствует, то вам быстро заменят и принесут.
Персонал очень отзывчивый, позитивный, атмосфера дружеская. Это очень располагает. Персонал говорит на английском, есть горничные владеющий русским языком, проблем в общении нет.
+
1. Суперлокация. Самый центр, все рядом: магазины, пекарни, кафе, пятничный базар.
2. Идеальный пляж у пещеры Дамлаташ. Заход в море песчаный, берег песчаный, отсутствие течений. На берегу есть гроты в скале.
3. Прайс. Это недорогой апарт. За относительно небольшую сумму мы получили двухкомнатные апартаменты (гостиная и спальня) с кухней и набором посуды. Также в комплекте была кофемашина, электрочайник и турецкий чайник для заварки. Апарт угловой, в гостиной балкон и французское окно.

Минусов нет. Нужно понимать, что вы снимаете и за какие деньги. Большинство мелких недочётов легко устранимы, не стоят внимания.

+ расположение, цена, чистые простыни и полотенца, все работало, что не работало - сразу заменили
- убираются раз в 3 дня и крайне небрежно, мусор бы можно было выбрасывать или пакеты предоставить. Горничная высказала мне за бумажки от шоколадки на столике у кровати, которую только что сьел ребёнок, при том что мусорное ведро было с горой.
- бассейн был зеленый, не рискнули туда лезть
- завтрак ни о чем: ложка картошки, яйцо, кусочек сыра фета, 2 куска огурца,2 куска помидора, 2 колбаски, 3 оливки. Вот и все)) на 7й день надоело
- в соседнем номере были тараканы. У нас вроде нет.

Были с мужем в январе 2022 года. Ужасно холодно в номере по ночам +15 ( на улице +10). Кондиционер включить на обогрев можно за доплату в 5€ в сутки. Дует прямо в кровать, при этом во всем номере холодина, не прогревает. Пришлось спать одетыми! Никакой возможности принять душ, так как холодно, и напор воды никакой.
Вся техника старая: унитаз, чайник и кондиционер шумят так, что не уснёшь.
Не рекомендую здесь останавливаться!

Отдыхала в отеле в ноябре 2020.Все очень понравилось.Отель находится в центре Алании. До пляжа Клеопатра 5 минут пешком.Номер светлый ,просторный.Уборка через день.За эти деньги очень хороший отель.Может в следующий раз вернусь снова сюда.

мы в диком восторге!!! мы с мужем жили в отеле с 15 по 23 октября 2019 года. первый раз поехали и в турцию без "всё включено". раньше отдыхали всё время в 5* и 4* в разных странах и "всё включено" НАДОЕЛО!!! еда и напитки в определённое время, привязан к отелю и ешь, когда уже не лезет. вот решили на страх и риск поехать сюда. во первых, никаких депозитов, чаевых и т.д. всё очень комфортно с персоналом. нет навязчивости с их стороны. абсолютная свобода. чемодан мы и сами донесли до номера. мы приехали в отель в 3 ночи. заселили в теч. 2 мин. отдали ключи и пожелали хорошего отдыха. убирали каждый день. меняли полотенца. в номере был гель для душа, туалетная бумага, мыло и 2 ведра. одно в туалете, другое в комнате для кухни. в шкафах разная посуда, приборы, чайник эл. и плита зл. хочешь - готовь. мы купили чай и с турецкми сладостями, которые купили на базаре пили утром и вечером.рядом магазин мигрос находится. там многие продукты дешевле, чем на базаре. если есть цель экономить, то есть варианты. мы были приятно удивлены этими моментами. отель находится в 5 мин ходьбы от пляжа "Клеопатры". у скалы самый лучших вход в море. песочный. кушали мы в кафе "Gul"? которое находится через дом. т.е. выходишь с отеля, налево по этой же улочке. приветливый хозяин. готовили быстро, всё свежее и вкуснючее. мы в основном брали все блюда из баранины. (вкусноты необыкновенной) салаты и лахмакун всякикий разный. типа пицы, только на их лепёшках. не далеко от отеля находится базар , который работает по вторникам. если выйти на бульвар ататюрка, то влево до пересечения с улицей такуша вверх к горам 200 м. от магазина "мадам коко " дешёвые и вкусные фрукты и ягоды там мы покупали и ели с удовольствием. были и на базаре пятничном, который находится метров в 600-800 вправо от отеля по ататюрке. за магазином "вайкики". в общем, всё близко, что нужно для отдыха. и по деньгам у нас получилось выгоднее самим питаться. мы ничего не готовили сами. всё покупали и кушали в кафе. всё в удовольствие! и по времени и по ассортименту. решили теперь только так отдыхать. попробуйте, может понравится и вам. хочу сказать, что когда отдыхали в 5*, всегда присутствовало чувство, что тебя "имеют" и предъявлешь требования, что б соответствовало. цена и качество. а в этом случае, просто наслаждаешься отдыхом, т.к. никто никому ничего не должен. за небольшие деньги отдохнули на 5+! спасибо нашим друзьям, что посоветовали,тур. оператору, и работникам отеля, что создали нам незабываемый отдых!!!

Приятный апарт- отель в центре Алании, приветливый персонал, уборка каждый день, до пляжа 400 метров, рядом Мигрос и масса других магазинов. Небольшой бассейн на крыше, вид оттуда чудесный, вобщем понравилось.

Отдыхали с приятельницей с 5 по 19 ноября 2019 г. Сначала дали номер с одной кроватью, потом предложили одному человеку спать на диване, потом предложили нормальный номер за дополнительную плату. Наконец дали номер, как положено. Все работало, горячая вода в душе круглосуточно, на кухне есть вся неоходимая посуда и оборудование, холодильник, телевизор. Уборка через день. Последние дней 5-6 не убирали и постель-полотенца не меняли. Да и не надо, все чистое. Бассейн на крыше с чудесным видом на горы и крепость перекрывает все небольшие недостатки!!! Море с самым лучшим в Алании пляжем рядом. Самый центр города, все в шаговой доступности. Очень бюджетно на городских автобусах об"ездили все окрестные достопримечательности в горах. С погодоц очень повезло. Пятничный рынок очень дешевый. В магазинах куры, молоко, хлеб, крупы как в наших 5-чках. Готовили сами. Очень все понравилось. Да, в отеле из русскоговорящих только одна уборщица.

Находится на самой центральной улице города. Легкий завтрак готовят непосредственно перед вами, из продуктов купленных с утра на рынке.
Всегда чистые номера, убирают каждый день. Есть небольшой бассейн.
За свою цену оно того стоит.
