We came from Moscow on a business trip! We chose this place based on reviews. It was incredibly delicious!!!!!!! The portions are large, 2 are enough for a person with a head, the third was not finished from the word at all))) The next day we returned: we tried chicken kebab (fire) and shurpa. But they couldn't resist and picked up three dishes again.😹 The service is very fast, the staff is polite.

The cuisine is diverse, but in fact the food draws a maximum of 4 out of 10. I couldn't eat one of the dishes at all – it was too salty so that you couldn't bring a spoon to your mouth. The service is also 4 out of 10. The waitress, passing by, constantly touched the chair and never apologized. When we arrived and entered by reservation, no one met us, they did not escort us to the place. I went to the bar, and there all the employees were sitting in a row, staring at their phones. For an institution that calls itself a "restaurant", this behavior looks strange and pathetic. The waitress didn't even introduce herself. No one clarified about possible allergies to dishes or ingredients, but we have them. It's good that we read the composition carefully ourselves, otherwise it could have been much worse. The atmosphere is on 8 out of 10. It's beautiful on the veranda in the evening, but this is the only plus. There is no customer orientation at all. It feels like the restaurant, trying to cover many different cuisines, loses a lot in quality. The products in the dishes are not revealed, it all comes down to the same faceless taste. At the same time, prices are overestimated by several times. For example: on the same day in the morning, I had a snack in another place – it was 3 times cheaper and 10 times tastier there. Yes, it's beautiful. Yes, the drinks are good. But that's where the advantages end. As a result: we ate the salad, chewed half of the pasta somehow, and didn't even touch the udon. They went hungry, leaving 20 thousand tenge for it all. Bottom line: minus three stars for the quality of the food, service and absolutely inadequate prices. This is not a restaurant, but an expensive eatery hiding behind a sign. I hope the review will be useful, especially for visitors.

The first time was the disappointment of visiting an institution with a recommendation from 2gis. I would have put a lower mark, but Genghis, the friendly waiter, saved the day. Of the 3 dishes ordered, only the mutton shorpa was beyond praise, the dish is not bad, but the liver is too dry and there is a lot of salt for me, but the Sunde sausage surprised me the most, I have not tasted such filth yet, although I really like blood pudding, and here it is one solid rice and then boiled. In general, if the staff is interested in whether they liked the dish and receives a negative review in response, they are usually excluded from the bill, but not in this institution. Overall, it's not a bad place, but there are restaurants with more delicious food in Uralsk.
