After carefully reviewing the bill (total: 16,310 ₽), we discovered that three items were added that we never ordered, amounting to approximately 1,900 ₽, and the juice quantity was doubled without our consent. This was not a misunderstanding — the discrepancies were clear and documented. What made the situation worse is that the manager was involved and did not act professionally or transparently. Instead of resolving the issue honestly, the behavior suggested that this practice is tolerated, if not intentional. This is not about money — it is about trust and integrity. Adding items to a guest’s bill and inflating quantities is unacceptable in any restaurant, especially one operating in a central location like Tverskaya. I strongly advise future guests to check their bills line by line before paying. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I would not recommend this place. Рекомендую всем гостям очень внимательно проверять счёт перед оплатой. للأسف كانت التجربة سيئة وغير مقبولة. تم إضافة أصناف إلى الفاتورة لم نطلبها، كما تم مضاعفة كمية العصائر دون أي توضيح أو موافقة، مما أدى إلى رفع قيمة الفاتورة بشكل غير مبرر. الأمر الأكثر إزعاجًا هو أن المدير كان على علم بالموضوع ولم يتعامل معه بمهنية أو شفافية، وهذا يثير الشكوك حول مصداقية المكان. أنصح جميع الزوار بمراجعة الفاتورة بدقة قبل الدفع.
