I will never recommend this company to anyone! Since I contacted this company at the end of June, they brought me an air conditioner, but they forgot to hand over the documents due to negligence, the brave ones are only rude on the phone! The manager is vile and not adequate (and these are literary words, not an insult to personality!), not only was she rude and giggled into the phone, they threw me an air conditioner, and said come get the documents yourself, excuse me, but is it my fault that you forgot the documents because of your negligence? As soon as I wrote a review in tugiz, they started calling me from this company and asking me to please delete the comment, to which I replied: bring me the documents I will delete! After 15 minutes, I received the documents, and before that, the manager said, our driver is busy, we can't, wait a day or two, etc., I don't remember exactly how long, but it was like this! As soon as the documents were delivered to me, I deleted the comment! I kept my word, today I received a call from the authorities and they say you received a statement because you insulted the manager! First of all, who exactly did I offend? There's not even a name there! They don't have a record of their phone conversation! Secondly, these are literary words and are not an insult of any kind! And the third one, I'll go tomorrow and file a statement for defamation! For the fact that they talked about me and unreasonably wrote a statement! My advice is never to contact this company! As I understand it, they do not have a director, they have managers who work as they want! It's a pity for the company that such managers can simply scare away all customers!!! All the comments that are written here are good, as I understand it from Victoria and the managers of the company themselves! There are a lot of very negative comments here, it's a pity that I read it only after I made the order and paid!!! By the way, the manager also said that I offended her and she burst into tears and she was hysterical!
