We came here with a hamster around 2019. The hamster had a wart in his ear. The veterinarian asked, "Does the hamster bite?" we answered "no" because the hamster is tame. The veterinarian takes him by the scruff of the neck (which we did not expect) and probably throws him on the floor out of fright, about 1.5 m, for a hamster this is a lot. Well, he was safe.
They also came with a dog, he had papillomas and a lame paw. They prescribed an antibiotic and pills. 2 weeks have passed, nothing changes, once again when I try to give him a pill (according to the course), he starts yelling when opening his mouth, the next day his jaw swells. we ran to the nearest veterinarian, and 2 days later he died, presumably due to a stroke. I don't know if this could be related, I might be wrong, but the fact that the treatment didn't help is already alarming.
At the end of April this year, they came with a cat, her ears, paws and stomach itch. Treatments were prescribed, injections, nothing changes for 2 months. At the next reception, they just yell at the dirty ears of the cat, saying I'm too lazy to clean them. But less than a day after cleaning, the ears were dirty again.
As a result, we turned to another clinic, turned out to have an ear mite, and have already been cured.
In my experience, there is no point in contacting here, only to spend money on the road, and for ineffective "treatment". I'm afraid to imagine what would happen if you came here with something serious

A terrible clinic was given a false diagnosis, they began to treat it as they said, and the cat only got worse and worse when they turned to another clinic, it turned out to be too late

There are no advantages at all (from the word at all!)
Their treatment led to the death of my beloved friend.....
