My husband and I came to get vaccinated, as we are going on a trip. The reception was very alerted (there are a lot of people in the lobby, which means that the time of doctors' appointments is poorly organized, we do not have clear information about payments for services at the reception). Before vaccination, we got an appointment with a therapist, who went to check with colleagues by phone whether I needed to be vaccinated against hepatitis A if I had this disease in childhood. When she returned, she said that it was better to do it, since there was no longer any immunity (a very strange response from the doctor) and recommended that it be done, they say it won't hurt))) I focused on the cost of the vaccine After such an answer, I immediately decided not to get vaccinated. I really didn't like the attitude and I was surprised that quite a lot of people, even with children, expected qualified help in this strange place! I do not recommend this clinic!

To the question of what to do if the therapist does not confirm the possibility of vaccination, the answer is then we will refund the money. Why such distrust of customers? But the most important thing is that I was tricked out of money: the vaccine in the price list on the website costs 780 UAH, the nurse said that there should be two vaccinations, and they charged me 1700 UAH when paying. When I decided to clarify the date a few days later, I found out that 1700 UAH is the price of only the first vaccination, and if repeated, you will need to pay the same amount. Like, the prices have changed, the price list is irrelevant. Don't set foot here anymore.
