This is not a clinic, but a business center for the sale of passports for your pets!! We spent 3.5 hours of time to get a certificate. One certificate is issued within 30-40 minutes, crowds of people gather in the corridor. Also, be prepared that you will not receive a certificate for departure if you do not buy another ’indefinite passport" from them for 250 hryvnia, which you do not have to change! + you will be given unnecessary certificates without which you will allegedly not be missed and will cost a decent amount!! Previously, there was a terminal in this clinic and you could pay 30 hryvnia for a certificate, and the remaining 220 hryvnia to whom do we pay? Employees who sit in the smoking room all the time when people and their pets die from the heat and this is during the pandemic!! As a result, instead of 250 hryvnia , we were forced to buy a passport for 250 hryvnia + another supposedly necessary certificate was eventually left to these businessmen 750 hryvnia !
