I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Klservice store and especially to the consultant Ekaterina! Yesterday we bought an Anex FLO stroller from them and were absolutely delighted with the whole selection process. We came with a large list of models that we wanted to see live, and we were pleasantly shocked that they showed us EVERYTHING we had planned, and even more. We were shown more than 5-7 models, compared with brands such as Cybex and Britax. A separate discovery was the Tutis stroller, which we had never seen in reality before. Ekaterina gave us more than an hour of her time, despite the fact that there were many other customers in the store. She explained the differences, advantages and disadvantages of each model very competently, patiently and in detail. Thanks to her, I finally realized that a stroller is not just a transport, but a complex device that must be individually tailored to the needs of the child and parents. In addition to the stroller, we were helped to decide on a car seat and a high chair. There was real professionalism and a desire to help, not just sell. I definitely recommend this store to all future parents! Here they will really help you make an informed and correct choice.

We wanted to buy a Cybex stroller in June 2024 (I don't remember exactly the model, but not the most expensive).I saw that they had all the colors available at that time and we went.There was a sales girl in the store, she didn't ask what we were interested in, although we looked at the stroller for a long time, then I went up to her on my own and asked about a different color, and in response I got it, but you need to get it, will you buy it?!my husband and I were shocked, I naturally replied that we needed to look before buying, and she brought it to us with a very unhappy look.But she only took out the cradle, there's nothing else to see there (that was her answer)!!!we didn't buy a stroller there purely because of the service, and then we chose from other guys, where they showed us everything, told us, and eventually decided on a different model altogether.A year has passed, we have now decided to change our beautiful stroller to a smaller one, and I have found this store again, because they are the only ones who accept strollers for commission.Well, I think maybe we had bad luck with the employee, this time we'll try to communicate, maybe it was a combination of circumstances.But no)))after sending a photo and description of the stroller, as they ask on the website, I waited for an answer for almost a week, and when I called to find out why no one was answering, the girl's voice (dissatisfied and familiar) replied: "well, maybe they don't see it, write hello," at that moment everything became clear and when the answer came, just Out of curiosity, I asked their price, and of course it was very low.But I'd rather sell this stroller cheaply myself, but not to this store in principle, and I definitely won't recommend it to anyone, the service and attitude to customers are just terrible!

On Friday, I called the store, apologized that they could not deliver on Friday, because the delivery service was letting them down. We agreed that it will be delivered on Sunday at around 12:00.
