I bought flowers for a girl on March 8th, I wanted to make her happy, but I don't really understand flowers myself. I chose the colors that I liked, but I didn't pay attention to the quality of the colors. The flowers are completely weathered, rotted, in some spots incomprehensible, in some places it is clear that they are withered. When asked to return the money, they refused and said: "if you don't understand, then don't get involved!", I would have kept silent about the fact that I asked politely, and they attacked me. After that, they came with the girl, where they had to prove for 10 minutes that the flowers were stale, but they dissuaded them, saying it was such a variety. I doubt that there is a "rotten roses" variety. As a result, through swearing, they squeezed out that we could exchange it for other flowers. In the end, they yelled at us not to come here anymore, although everything could have been solved calmly without swearing. The first ones started yelling and proving that we don't understand and that we should leave.
