We stayed at this hotel for a week. Excellent location, close to the metro, the old town, lots of bars, restaurants and cafes around. If you arrive by car, you may have difficulty parking. The rooms are in good condition, for such an old building, the bathrooms are fresh, without mold and unpleasant odors. If you want at least some kind of view from the window, it's better to pay extra for the upper floors with a view of the old town, otherwise you don't even have to open the blinds. They clean up every day without asking or kicking. Slippers, toilet paper, soap and shower gel are regularly changed. Bottled drinking water is brought. Breakfast is on the top floor with a great view, lasts from 8 to 11, the food is monotonous and bland, after a couple of days we already went to the nearest places for a morning snack. The staff is friendly, mostly English-speaking, which can sometimes cause difficulties. Of the disadvantages, I can mention a long solution to the problems - the safe in the room did not work, the administrator could not fix it on his own and said that a specially trained person was needed, who had to wait 3 days.. At that time, it was advised to simply leave valuables in the room, as there was no other available room or safe. The dryer in the bathroom only works in winter, which is why we had to arrange for drying in the laundry room. Washing things, however, is generally considered PIECE by PIECE, which leads to a price of 50-80 GEL for turning on the machine 1 time.. In general, if you close your eyes to these shortcomings, I recommend this hotel.

Good location of the hotel. Russian Russian is the only breakfast included, and most of the staff speaks Russian, even the staff who "don't understand" know Russian perfectly well. Breakfast is served in the next building on the 5th floor. Room cleaning is regular and only consists of taking out the trash and replacing the water with a tea set. One of the disadvantages is the lack of disposable soaps, shampoos and gels. There are none at all. TV is only local, there is not a single channel in Russian. Wi-Fi works perfectly throughout the territory. It doesn't look like a four, it's a solid three.
