Great hotel! Great breakfasts, friendly staff, water, tea, coffee are available in the room. The hotel is right in the city center, close to cafes and restaurants, perfect cleaning. The room was 106 with a terrace, comfortable furniture. The bed linen is snow-white, the towels are fluffy. The air conditioners are working, and the hotel has a great fragrance. We were satisfied, we will definitely come back!!!

Good location of the hotel. Russian Russian is the only breakfast included, and most of the staff speaks Russian, even the staff who "don't understand" know Russian perfectly well. Breakfast is served in the next building on the 5th floor. Room cleaning is regular and only consists of taking out the trash and replacing the water with a tea set. One of the disadvantages is the lack of disposable soaps, shampoos and gels. There are none at all. TV is only local, there is not a single channel in Russian. Wi-Fi works perfectly throughout the territory. It doesn't look like a four, it's a solid three.

Excellent location, everything is nearby: bus stop, metro station, attractions, cafes, shops. The most budget rooms are adjacent to the elevator, be careful when booking. The sound is not strong, but I paid extra for a better room, they found it well. There was 1 outlet and a mirror light that didn't work in the room, I was there for 3 days, I managed without them. They solve the issues at the reception, I didn't waste time on it. The breakfasts are excellent.

We stayed at this hotel for a week. Excellent location, close to the metro, the old town, lots of bars, restaurants and cafes around. If you arrive by car, you may have difficulty parking. The rooms are in good condition, for such an old building, the bathrooms are fresh, without mold and unpleasant odors. If you want at least some kind of view from the window, it's better to pay extra for the upper floors with a view of the old town, otherwise you don't even have to open the blinds. They clean up every day without asking or kicking. Slippers, toilet paper, soap and shower gel are regularly changed. Bottled drinking water is brought. Breakfast is on the top floor with a great view, lasts from 8 to 11, the food is monotonous and bland, after a couple of days we already went to the nearest places for a morning snack. The staff is friendly, mostly English-speaking, which can sometimes cause difficulties. Of the disadvantages, I can mention a long solution to the problems - the safe in the room did not work, the administrator could not fix it on his own and said that a specially trained person was needed, who had to wait 3 days.. At that time, it was advised to simply leave valuables in the room, as there was no other available room or safe. The dryer in the bathroom only works in winter, which is why we had to arrange for drying in the laundry room. Washing things, however, is generally considered PIECE by PIECE, which leads to a price of 50-80 GEL for turning on the machine 1 time.. In general, if you close your eyes to these shortcomings, I recommend this hotel.

A wonderful hotel for family holidays. We stayed on the 5th floor in a 2-bed + 1 (breakfast included). Gorgeous view of old Tbilisi from the window. There is a cafe next to the room on the floor where we had breakfast. An atmospheric lounge with a terrace. We were in December and just looked out the wide windows. These views can be enjoyed endlessly. We walked a lot, our three days flew by with comfort and safety.

It's a terrible hotel! The only good thing is the location and pressure of the water in the shower. They are poorly cleaned, the breakfasts are meager, and on 02.01.2025 the New Year did not get to breakfast at all. I've read the reviews, they're all good, I don't know why we were so unlucky. I asked to bring ice to the room, they brought it only for the 3rd day. The towel was changed 1 time during the 5 days of stay. It got to the point where I had to go to the reception to ask for toilet paper, as it was out, and we didn't get a new one when cleaning. Bed linen with holes. Black hair at the corners.

We were at this hotel (KMM) from 04/27/2024 to 05/22/2024.The hotel as a whole made a great impression!The location is generally admired in the historical center of Tbilisi! Of course, we can say that with a room with a view of the Vakhtangu Gorgasalia monument and the Ancient Temple, we were very lucky!There are only 4 such rooms and ours (313) with such an overview!Unfortunately, the rest of the rooms have no review at all!But maybe that's not the main thing for someone.The breakfasts are normal, they did not leave hungry after breakfast.Of course, there is no Georgian cuisine at breakfast, but there was still a variety of food.Fruits,vegetables,sausages,cheeses,drinks (coffee,tea,juice)There were also hot dishes, modestly but with taste.The room has everything you need + air conditioning.The rooms are spacious and cozy!The staff is friendly, they will tell you everything.The hotel is located in a very convenient location, from the metro station (Avlabari) to the hotel meters (250-300) well, just very close! I definitely recommend this hotel!

The last floor is finished according to the latest word, the Hilton or Sheraton level, the penultimate floor is a little tired from time, but in general it is not critical. Breakfast is served in the next building. No frills, but you're full. The staff is excellent, despite the fact that the young people are trying to speak Russian. Special thanks to Anya's girlfriend, she is always ready to help with a sincere smile! We arrived on motorcycles, we were parked at our request next to the hotel so that we could see them from the balcony. There are many restaurants, wine shops and bars around. The embankment is 3 minutes away. 7-8 minutes to the old town.

The hotel is located in the Avlabari area with a magnificent view of the Old Town. It has two buildings, one with a reception and rooms, the second with rooms and a restaurant. We took two rooms – a standard one, it was located on the ground floor and a view room, on the 4th floor. The standard one is a bit damp, but in general OK, but the specific room is a top. The staff is friendly, many speak Russian, to clarify. The breakfasts are varied and delicious, you can take a table on the balcony with a great view and calmly drink coffee. Unfortunately, there is no parking at the hotel, but we left the car on the street around the corner. It was also important for us to pay for accommodation on the spot, and only book on the website (the form is modern and convenient). When we return to Tbilisi, we will check into the same hotel again)

Unfortunately, we booked this hotel through a tour operator based on positive reviews. Upon arrival, we were accommodated in room 407 - there are 5 local channels on the TV, the heated towel rail is icy and with condensation, terrible audibility - the tenant from the room opposite had to be urgently asked several times to turn down the music after 23.00. At 6 a.m. we were woken up by the voices of people passing up the stairs. After two sleepless nights, we went to the reception and were moved to economy class (without refund), with an appropriate view from the window. The request to correct the situation was refused. The saddest thing is that when we left the hotel on 30.04.24, we observed exactly the same situation at the reception with a couple from Russia((( You should draw conclusions.....
