The prices don't match! For example, 3 thin slices of light low-grade tomatoes cost 4 rubles. Because of these prices, the host deprives the waiters of tips.
I don't know which smart guy came up with the idea that the same dull and depressing music should be played around the clock and all year round, which does not contribute to the process of eating food. I understand that it fits the interior, but not in such quantity on ripita...((
If it wasn't for the staff, then the score would be 2 because of this music.

This is probably one of the best restaurants.
The dishes are fantastic, the atmosphere is very soulful and historical. It's made in the style of a 17th-century tavern.
The price tag is quite reasonable. The waiters are very good. The impressions are the best, we were there for the second time after 9 years, we were not disappointed.

A good place to visit while walking around the Mir Castle. The atmosphere, the interior, the service - everything is at a very decent level. The dishes are delicious, aesthetic, beautiful presentation, BUT there are questions about the taste qualities of some: snails are a little dry, jerks are also weak in cooking, the price tag corresponds to the lock, not small. It's not bad to sit and relax here, but I would like to better present the national cuisine in such a place, otherwise there may be a double impression.

When I'm in Belarus, I'll definitely come back. The amazing girl Anastasia decorated our lunch. She's the fire and soul of this place. We tried deruny, sbiten "gingerbread", etc. It was very tasty.

The authentic interiors of the castle basement seem to add flavor to the already vibrant traditional dishes.

Since this is a basement room, the connection (in my case, MTS) catches poorly, it was problematic to replenish the wallet balance. And the staff does not give WiFi, motivates by the fact that it is for the operation of the service! ??? We can say that we were lucky that there was an empty table. I recommend calling them and booking in advance.

The walk around the castle was interesting, but the establishment does not justify its assessment. We had a young waitress who didn 't know how to navigate the menu and couldn 't offer it . They asked for a warm cranberry juice, but they brought a cold one , and also with a taste of the refrigerator , apparently , where they were stored . 🤷🏼♀️
The bread basket was brought in after everything was hot , but they didn 't remove it from the bill . We also ordered soup and hodgepodge . The soup was with 4 meatballs and some noodles with potatoes , generally empty . The dishes were served with a long delay , despite the fact that the hall was not particularly full . We lived in a hotel inside the castle and decided to go to a restaurant for breakfast in the hope that breakfast is usually difficult to spoil, because any ordinary housewife can cook scrambled eggs and cheesecakes, but I was wrong. We ordered cheesecakes, I try a piece and realize that I'm eating a sticky dough, I look at the incision, and there's no cottage cheese either. Small grains of cottage cheese are visible in the incision, but the rest is dough! It tastes nothing like cheesecakes. I call the waiter, show him the slice and ask the cook how it happened that there is no cottage cheese in the cheesecakes. The waitress returns with my plate and says that everything is fine with the cheesecakes, the cottage cheese is in place and it's all cottage cheese on the slice. Well, if I didn't cook cheesecakes myself regularly, I'd probably believe these storytellers. The problem was not solved, in addition, they ordered breakfast with eggs and I understood the trick of this place, they just pour a lot of butter over everything to make a crust and you don't really feel the taste of the products themselves.
It would be nice if the price tag for all this was humane, but the price tag is like in a popular restaurant in Minsk. I do not recommend it!

1. The waitress is a blast! When asked what kind of dish it was, she replied, "It's all written there," and pointed at the menu. Are you serious???????!!!! In general, because of her, the service deserves 100 stars.
The only beautiful girl is a middle-aged dark-haired waiter, I went up to her and asked her to tell me about the dish, all with a smile and clearly. Thank you to her for her attitude to work!
2. Well, food is like food. Nothing wow. Two adults and a small child ate for 146 rubles: a pike perch cutlet, French fries, by the way, without salt, which is a plus, two Lida kvass, cranberry juice with the taste of a refrigerator and as if out of a box, as someone wrote earlier, a vegetable salad - that's delicious, a little salt and sour cream with bacon. As a result, we guessed with the volume and satiety only with the cutlet, and then there is no taste of fish, it is interrupted by breadcrumbs fried in butter.
I would also like to note in a negative way this endless babble from the speakers. Please listen to the visitors and just play the music of that time or folk music. Otherwise, it becomes unbearable to listen after 10 minutes of arrival. And only waiting for the dishes for 30 minutes.
You can eat because you are in the castle and it is very convenient not to go anywhere between the passages in the exhibitions. But 5.0 does not meet expectations. 4.0 approx.

There is a complete discrepancy between price and quality. We ordered a hodgepodge and shingles. The draniki are good, average, but the hodgepodge is just terrible. The food is so-so, for that kind of money it's better to eat shawarma, as I did in a non-movable castle, but it's cheap.
There is nothing from the ordered borscht yet, at least there was meat, you eat the second one and cry. Maybe someone will explain to me why you have to look for pork in a pork neck dish, and not enjoy pork. I basically ate only salted boiled cucumbers for 25 rubles. In general, the aftertaste of pickles after a meat dish, I think, says a lot.
The service was so-so, I had to attract attention to myself so that something would happen.
The atmosphere is a basement like a basement, if the unpainted walls can be called an interior, then the counter is European, in general, about nothing.
And in general, when I applied, I asked to be fed quickly, is it really impossible to make a couple of quick dishes.

The restaurant left a bad impression. I got a new waitress who couldn't navigate the food. We ordered scrambled eggs with pancakes and sausages, specifically asked if there were vegetables in the dish, we were told that there were not. For some completely incomprehensible reason, she left for lunch during the service (and for some reason she told us about it) and had to wait a long time for the dirty dishes to be taken away and the bill brought.

A wonderful restaurant in the basement of the knight's castle in the city of Mir, it was especially pleasant to eat and relax in it after climbing the stairs to the fortress towers. The staff is polite and helpful, the dishes are beautiful, the bathroom is dark but clean. We ordered borscht, a pot of meat, boiled pork, pancakes and something else - everything was very tasty. For those who are driving, I really liked the sea buckthorn kvass. The restaurant is definitely worth a visit after a walk around the castle (in any case, there are no other alternatives in the city)!
