Good afternoon! I want to warn those who decide to take a minibus from the Kobuleti bus station. We were in Georgia for the first time, we really enjoyed everything, the vacation was great. Everything was ruined by the day of departure. We bought tickets for a minibus to Tbilisi in advance. They said that there would be a Mercedes and on the day of departure they would call us again, they would tell us the car number and the driver's phone number. No one called us, we did it ourselves. They asked me to call back 3 times later. As a result, 3 hours before departure, we were informed that we would need to pay extra GEL 5 per ticket, since we were driving a Mercedes and there would be no more passengers with us, we would travel comfortably, non-stop and with air conditioning. We agreed, because there was no other choice. At the appointed time, the "dead" car drove up (they were afraid all the way that something would fall off or fail). There were already 3 people in the back row. We put three children in the 2nd row, and we (2 women) sat next to the driver. We told him the address where to drop us off and showed him on the map. He just nodded or mumbled something to all our questions. We left at 00:30 at night. The children, of course, immediately fell asleep. Sergey, the driver, didn't give a damn about it, he stopped every hour to drink or eat. At the same time, the passengers from the back row (his friends) constantly went out with him and we woke the children every hour to let them out. He did not turn on the air conditioner, opened his window and smoked all the way in the cabin. There was a lot of wind blowing from the window and everyone was frozen. We arrived in Tbilisi at 4:30. He dropped us off completely wrong from where we asked. And then he finally found his voice. He had the audacity to charge us an additional 25 GEL. For what??? When we started to get indignant, he called his taxi drivers friends and they told us to pay. It is clear that we two women with children in a foreign country did not continue to argue. In general, this is a complete nightmare and a divorce for money should be considered a thousand times before you go with them. I am attaching a photo of this comfortable car.

We bought a ticket to Tbilisi. We arrived on the day of departure, expecting to be put on the bus with tickets, but it turned out that it would not be at all or would be later (they did not decide). As a result, they shoved us into some kind of murdered minivan to the Armenians, where the luggage was put right at the feet in the cabin (there was not much choice, they were tied up under the plane), who additionally wanted money for travel. Along the way, we drove as we wanted, stopping for long hours ... I don't say anything about driving safety at all… In general, as in the whole of Georgia, you will also be fooled there as they want.

A boor is working at the checkout!! It's just disgusting treatment. It's better to overpay and take a transfer than to put up with it.
