The only thing you don't like is the decent difference in the cost of the work that you discuss with the manager and upon completion. In fact, it turns out more, which is not always expected.

1.5 months since I bought my first car. I was at THAT-0, I asked to be present during the execution of the work, there were no nuances. The master was as polite and tactful as possible, answered all the questions that arose.
Who says it's expensive: buying a car, it's obvious that there will be expenses for this. A Jew in his soul, of course, croaks, which is not for nothing, but it is not a pity for such service.
I was thinking whether to do SOMETHING-0. I did and I do not regret it, because the engine started working quieter (less vibration at idle, subjectively, but several people confirmed).
In general, the deserved 5 out of 5, unconditionally. Prosperity to you, Škoda, and a speedy resolution of the current difficulties.

UPD. I managed to visit here several times (more than I would like). We polished the car according to the hard hat, I was very surprised to see on sunny days after this appeal a hologram on the elements that were polished. I went to one of the garage services, they showed more defects in polishing (there was a polish / abrasive around the perimeter of the film). This moment is somehow disgusting, this attitude. After all, in many positions you charge 3-5 times more expensive than garages, how can you afford this? It's a pity that I didn't take a photo, but I don't want to apply here anymore without a knowledgeable person. Be careful.
I would like to positively mention Arkady (6th workplace), always tries to help with all questions that arise.

The organization fulfills its warranty and post-warranty obligations in full. Despite the current situation around the automotive industry, cars are serviced efficiently and on time, although for some spare parts the stated delivery time is more than a few months. According to prices: on the one hand, it is expensive, but on the other hand, the installed spare part is guaranteed for up to 2 years. For cars older than three years, additionaldiscounts. Various promotional offers. Polite, competent staff (in most cases). The cabin is always clean and tidy. On the monitor, you can monitor the maintenance of the car. Delicious coffee. Cons: location, possible prices for repairs. You can have a snack in the salon, there is a cafe at reasonable prices. In the future, I also plan to service my car with this organization. Good luck to you, more customers at this difficult time.
P.S. Nothing lasts forever : (I visited the center in November 2022 and it turned out that Skoda is no longer the same...
