I used to drive a Renault, now I've switched to a Skoda. In comparison, there are two official dealers and service centers. As offensive as it may sound, Renault has a team, although the cars are so-so. The Skoda team has become a disappointment. The director should pay attention to the "face of the service center" and the team, in the development of which it is worth investing time and money.
