I always took coffee to Lobanka. I specially took Raf, because it contains ONLY cream (without milk). 12/13/2025 ordered a Raf. The breastplate was new at this point. I made coffee at the coffee machine, so you can only track the preparation by looking closely. The employees who have been working there for a long time are cooking in front of the client's nose. I noticed that milk was added to the drink. I pointed this out, to which the answer was: that's the recipe. This has never happened before: either the savings of the company, or an innovation from an employee. To say that I am outraged is an understatement. I took coffee at this place regularly. We'll have to stop. P.S. Judging by the responses to the negative reviews below, I don't expect an adequate fitback.

The coffee has become of terrible quality, too bitter and has a musty taste. Sometimes the service leaves a lot to be desired too. It used to be one of my favorite places, but now I can't say a good word.
