The kitchen is good there. The kebabs are delicious, vegetable, fish and meat cuts are also large portions. But I didn't like the service. We had to wait a long time for the order, although we arrived late and only one table was occupied besides us. As a result, hot and cold snacks were brought together at the same time and warned that the royal kebab should be eaten hot. When it cools down, it's not the same. As a result, we ate hot food first, and then cold snacks. They tipped the waiter almost 4,500 tenge, and after a while they asked to transfer the remaining snacks to containers. The waiter requested 1200 tenge for two containers. We gave 1,500 and didn't ask for change. He left the containers on the table and went. We stopped him and asked him again to put the snacks in containers. After that, with a dissatisfied look, he immediately began to transfer vegetable and meat cuts into containers from the table with his hands. We asked him to do it in the kitchen. Did. I really liked it. The service is at the highest level. I like everything very much. I really like cooking and serving.the waiters are attentive and do not leave the table unattended.Well, the saxophone is just wonderful

The food is delicious, there are no complaints about the cook, but the service is certainly something. Half of our company came later, the waiters could not figure out what to bring the appliances. We asked them. They gave us plates, then our order and cutlery where there was no fork, we ask for a fork... the waitress looked like they got it, although only 2 tables were occupied that day for dinner. They get tired along the way…
