The staff is friendly, they communicate easily with customers, it's nice that they remember regular customers. I like this store with a large selection of coffee and tea of those brands that you will not always find anywhere else in Bularus. And the prices are lower than others. Good service. I gave my Nivona 779 coffee machine for repair (error 8). I was immediately warned that the repair would take 1 week (a lot of orders), the next day they made a diagnosis, reported the cost of repairs and agreed on the start of repairs (some customers refuse repairs due to the inexpediency of the cost of restoring an old coffee machine). It was done in the stated time period, a little expensive, but you have to pay for the quality.
