Top for your money! Initially, I booked an economy room, and I was offered to pay 500 baht per day for a suite. So this suite is called a villa on a hill, the interior decoration resembles the style of the prosperous Armenian Baroque. A sick room with a balcony, marble floors, a steep bed and an adjacent territory. Sea and pool view. The island itself is also cooler than any Phuket or other, mostly European tourists come here, there are not many people, not a vacation, but a pure buzz. How did you visit paradise

The territory of the hotel is half fenced with barbed wire and is running (I read somewhere that the owners have lawsuits). During the rainy season, I do not recommend going to Koh Chang, especially with children. There is much more rain than in Pattaya. Sometimes it rained for half a day. The smell and humidity of the jungle is very heavy. The locals do not want to bother, 50% of the shop does not work, do not buy fruits or smoothies near the hotel. You have to walk decently to the market, take a knife with you so that you can cut the fruit yourself. Or ask at the hotel. Breakfast is on the menu, there is practically no choice. The beach is completely empty, strong waves. Because there are stones in the sea near the hotel, you have to be very careful, there are no stones near the cliff, we swam there. Since we go to the sea to swim in the sea, and not in the pool, we will definitely not come to this hotel anymore in the off-season, and probably in the season too).

We were thrilled to stay at this hotel. The rooms on the cliff (as the name translates) are excellent, much better than the four stars on the mainland. The monotony of breakfast is a minus, but very small.
