This is the worst hotel I've ever been to in my entire life in terms of price-performance ratio. To begin with, the hotel does not match the stated picture on Booking, do not be fooled by the beautiful pictures of this hotel! Let's start with the sea, it is unsuitable for swimming, some kind of construction has been going on there for several years and there are construction ships and cars right in the sea, it is so close to the shore that there is no desire to enter the sea. Huge black bags are buried in the sand on the shore, which stick out a meter from the ground, which makes this beach absolutely unsuitable for swimming! The pool is very sluggish, the stones in the pool are beaten everywhere and you can cut yourself on them. This hotel does not repair any damage, which means that you are constantly finding more and more unpleasant moments that negatively affect your impressions. The rooms are very old, there is a thick layer of dust on all the objects, the curtains are torn, and there are holes in the wooden floor. One day, the water in our room was turned off for 30 minutes, I have not seen this even in 2-star mini hotels. Now we can talk about the staff. The guys who help with the luggage and transport them by car are cute, but the reception staff and senior managers of the hotel are a quiet horror. They won't solve any of your questions. To my indignation that we saw a big snake near the pool, the senior manager said, "I know, we have this kind of thing." When we arrived for breakfast, dirty dishes were just lying on the tables that had already been prepared for the visitors. The employee said that this table is cleaned and ready for meals! The towels by the pool are dirty. When I went to the pool for a swim at 6:30 a.m., there was a dirty plate with leftovers that hadn't been cleaned up all night. We booked a hotel for 5 nights and 1 hour after we paid for the hotel on the spot, we realized that we had been divorced. We arrived at a 1-star hotel, instead of a 5-star one, where the owner absolutely does not care about the experience of his visitors and guests. As a result, they refused to return the funds and make any contact. We were served breakfast every hour saying that our issue would be resolved soon, but the result was always the same - the owner was against helping you. We stayed at the hotel for 1 night instead of the paid 5. The hotel flatly refused to go to a meeting and help solve a problem that was 1000% their fault. With great anger inside, we paid for the Wyndham Hotel, which is located a couple of kilometers from this "hostel" and got a real 5-star hotel. If you want to ruin your vacation for a lot of money by the standards of Vietnam, come to this hotel, there is everything for that. And my rating is 0.3 stars out of 5. 0.3 I give only for the nice staff who helped with the luggage and for a pleasant breakfast.
