Previously, we ordered only from them, there were very tasty sushi, but today we decided to order again, remembering how delicious they were and were shocked! The rice was so rubbery that it seemed as if you were chewing the sole of a boot, and there was a lot of this "delicious" rice, and there was almost no other filling, in general it felt like it was not a Koifish, but some kind of cheap fake, very, very disappointed with how badly they had deteriorated, more to order for sure We will... We don't want to run into such "yummy things"! DISAPPOINTED

The situation is that sushi was brought in improperly, everything was packed in a pile- wasabi, ginger could not be found. She called. They offered to bring new ones or take them away altogether and refund the money. Everything seems to be fine, but a guest is on his way to me. I say it doesn't fit, give me some kind of bonus. And no, they squeezed the discount. Although it would be cheaper for them. The impression is ruined.

The place for pickup is the production workshop. There is a kindergarten and a school nearby, so there are often not enough parking places. Payment in cash. That's all the negativity, if I may say so. You arrive at the appointed time. You pick up the order. We were never late.
I won't tell you about the delivery, because I only used pickup, it's cheaper this way.
The quality has not decreased for about 3 years, this is the time I order regularly. There is nothing outstanding in terms of packaging and appearance. But because of the quality of the ingredients and the taste, I consider them the best in Grodno.

The order is ready literally in 30-35 minutes and you can pick it up yourself. I've never ordered a delivery, I can't say anything about it.

Rolls are tastier than anywhere else in Grodno. Soy sauce, ginger, wasabi, chopsticks as a gift.
Disadvantages:
DELIVERY may arrive 2 hours earlier without warning. As it turned out this time. And it's not the courier's mistake here, because in previous orders, the delivery time was boldly DUPLICATED with a MARKER. Now they have indicated in small print, and in the comments section +- 15 minutes and gave the courier 2 hours earlier for delivery. Thank you so much for the hot rolls that arrived 2 hours earlier than expected. As a result, I had to eat right away when I wasn't hungry yet. The rest was put in the refrigerator. The courier apologized, and I can understand him, but those who are on the issue are not. It had already happened once, but the courier called and said that he would bring it in 5 minutes, when there were 2 hours left before delivery. It turns out that this is not an "accident". The rest of the orders arrived 15 minutes earlier or later. Do not plan any events, they may let you down.
OTHER rolls WERE BROUGHT. Instead of a dragon, Canada. That is, instead of avocado and salmon, cucumber. We were able to get through and get a discount on the next order. Thanks for that.

4. Sushi is rolled up well (it was written above that it was rolled up by an amateur). Apparently, they took into account the wishes.
5. Fish... everything is ambiguous about fish. Salmon is tasteless. But the eel pleased me, definitely. The cheese is not expensive, but it is delicious.
6. Baked rolls are very good. Cheese, of course, is not parmesan. But they are very gentle. I recommend.
