You can approach the manager and you will be taken to the staff toilet. The lack of a toilet is explained by the fact that it is in the TV tower itself on the ground floor. There he leaves much to be desired, to put it mildly. I think that in such an institution there should be a normal taklet for visitors.

We have a banquet for a full house today/ We will not be able to book you!", such things are reported in advance!!!!!!! I planned everything, and then they tell me that they have a banquet, I doubt very much that they were not informed about the banquet the day before!!!

It's a very strange place. We came with a group of friends, they ordered food, I wanted to eat pilaf at the nearby pilaf center and ordered only tea. After about half an hour, I was told that the tea was over :))) I probably will never remember this at all. A friend ordered coffee, it was overcooked and bitter, like our pastime in this restaurant. The only plus and you can use it as a life hack is to order tea, which is not available for half an hour for free to ride at a table on a moving platform :)
I really don't understand all this: from such a restaurant, with a human approach, you can make a very cool tourist and not only place (tasty, pleasant). And now it's some kind of game.

2. You can't get into the restaurant freely. Since it is located even higher than the observation deck on the TV tower, you have to pay 40 thousand soums for admission.
3. The choice in the menu leaves much to be desired. At the same time, the price tag is higher than in other similar establishments in the city.
4. An employee of the restaurant named Camilla is in no hurry, is rude to the staff and clarifies relations with colleagues loudly, without being shy of the guests.
5. After ordering a cheesecake, we were very surprised by what we saw. Firstly, the waiter, putting a piece of less than 100 grams on a plate, broke it. Well, indeed, no matter how beautiful it is, you will still eat. Secondly, it was a slurry of dough and condensed milk with caramel. It cost like a kilo of cheesecake
6. What a cherry. We ordered a mojito lemonade. They didn't wait until they left. Why? There was no ice, as it turned out. We were asked to wait a little longer, the courier is about to bring the ice. And I'm sorry, couldn't you have said 45 minutes before that?
7. Toilet. He's not in the restaurant. There is a toilet on the ground floor near the elevator. It looks like the most rundown at the most remote railway station. Well, it's just a shame. After all, the tower is a tourist attraction!

Potentially the coolest place in Tashkent because of the location... in fact turned out to be a menagerie! To book a table, they asked to make a 300 thousand prepayment
I sent it to them on the card.
We came with friends and children and ordered fresh apple juice, which turned out to be a dead fly, but this is not the end. We ordered a tongue in cream sauce, there were pieces of a package.
When the bill was asked, we and the waiter forgot everything that there was an advance payment of 300 thousand. The next day, I called and asked for a refund to the card.
As a result, the money was not returned, they take the phone every other time and find some excuses, the hostess must come, we will take it from him and send you some complete nonsense
They are not going to return the money.
I do not recommend this place.
We have wanted to go to this restaurant for a very long time and this is such a disgusting experience.
P.S unfortunately, they did not take a picture of a fly, not a package of hot snacks, but just calmly gave it away.
