We had a wonderful dinner at Kok-Saray, delicious plov and sashlik! The staff was attentive and spoke English. Highly recommend visiting.

An authentic place, with colorful decorations, while not too fancy interior elements, everything is in moderation. It's about external attributes. As for the cuisine, I recommend samsa, pilaf (regular). I don't remember the rest, although we ordered different things.
