I used to take chickens there because they are close to home, but now something has changed with them. Smoke ready, it was already packed cold. I asked for a hot one, they said that they would not cook a new batch yet, since there is still a lot to do with this one. Crunchy crusts no longer happen, like sourdough and not skin. I switched to another company where they cook and remove hot and crispy on fire, but far from home.

Very polite, excellent feedback, prompt delivery is being worked out, but apparently we came across a batch of slightly soggy meat closer to the bone in some place.
