The house is beautiful and warm, with the batteries turned off in winter. However, the developer did not fulfill many of his obligations, and did not carry out basic repairs to the entrances. The house was rented as a comfort class, but this is not comfort. Comfort class is based on the house project only

Nice residential complex, there is a school/kindergarten/bolshitsa/college nearby. Everything is beautifully decorated, the apartments are very good, located in a good area, there is a promenade nearby, so there is a place to walk
