An excellent sanatorium in the city, a couple of stops to Yesentai Mall. The staff is responsive, everything is on the level. The food is excellent, 3 meals a day (+ another afternoon snack), you choose the menu yourself for the next day, everything is very tasty, you have never been so that something did not suit you. The nature is amazing, there are so many plants and conifers and all different types, the walk turns into a pleasure, cool! Plus an additional territory in the form of a Terencula, about 8000 steps in one direction. The rooms have all the necessary minimum, clean and tidy, everything is arranged. On weekends, there is an extensive program for going to the city, Medeo-Koktebe and so on. Plus medical procedures (Paraffinosecerite, Mineral pool, Inhalation, Salt room, Massage, etc.). 5 out of 5 satisfied with the rest. The month of May is a perfect month, warm and nature is fully awake.

The chic boarding house was with my sister in 2023 for 10 days, how good it is there, the girls in the treatment rooms are very attentive, the food is simply not overpowering, the portions are large, everything is delicious the room where we lived had a chic loggia overlooking the courtyard of the boarding house and huge fir trees and mosses grow, we just breathed purified air, a cool heated outdoor pool in our free time the time of the excursion in the evening is a disco exit to Almaty whenever you want, in a word, we will go again, we had a great rest just 10 out of 10 balls

A high-level sanatorium for the middle class. It is located in a beautiful place. Very comfortable. The only drawback is that the elevators are only in the new building, it's too hard to walk up all the stairs to the suites in the old building. The rooms are very comfortable, the service is excellent. Comfortably. The treatment is well organized. Most of all, I liked that you do not need to take a queue for each procedure, but just come at a certain time appointed by the doctor in the card. The types of treatment are very diverse and, most importantly, effective, starting with mineral baths and ending with a complex of psychological relaxation. The staff is qualified, very polite and helpful girls. The air of the foothills is an additional therapeutic factor. There are paths, benches, swings, lots of flowers all over the territory. Every evening there is a concert or dancing at the club. A separate song is nutrition. The chefs are of the restaurant level, the food is varied, very tasty. The ability to select from several positions in the menu. Pisces is wonderful. A magnificent buffet. And the opportunity to go on excursions around the city and historical sites in the vicinity. The best sanatorium I've been to!

We rested in the sanatorium "Koktem".I really liked the well-groomed territory, you can quickly get to the city, clean rooms,private change of towels in the rooms,cleaning.The dining room has a varied menu, large portions, there were always vegetables and fruits.You can choose the menu yourself and place an order.Everything was very tasty.We are also satisfied with the treatment, there were practically no queues, everyone went according to the appointed time.The nurses are all polite, they will help, if anything, they will tell you.There were trips organized, but we did not go, due to ill health.There were discos every evening, but unfortunately there were no games or contests.The request to turn on a slow dance or waltz was ignored.Traditionally, on the day of arrival, the staff arrange a concert on their own.It was a wonderful concert, thanks to the one who organized and the participants.Overall, everything was great.

I've heard a lot of positive reviews and not so much. I decided to check it myself. I bought a course and checked in for two weeks. I was not deprived of attention, food, a walk in the fresh air, medical procedures, a good bath and an evening of dancing. In general, I rested and improved my health. I recommend it to my family and friends.

Most of all, during my vacation, I liked the work of the procedural nurses Madina, Bakyt Boyashevna, Asem and Zhanar. Charming girls, smiling and, most importantly, they work professionally. Injections are given painlessly. My veins are not important, so they found it at once, for which I am very grateful to them. The waitresses in the dining room are also very responsive, polite and courteous. The kitchen is not bad, but this time it was a little bit of everything, even on the independence day we were not pleased with anything delicious, probably the general rise in price is affecting, although we also pay a lot for the suite.

Впервые посетила данный санаторий. Впечатления-неоднозначные. Есть и плюсы, и минусы. Обслуживание: прекрасное! "Театр начинается с вешалки." Санаторий-с ресепшена. Доброжелательность, улыбки (не у всех, конечно), готовность помочь!Особую благодарность выражаю замечательным ребятам, вежливым, спокойно и добросовестно выполняющим свою работу, терпеливым (ведь каких только людей не было-капризных, кричаще-ругающихся):Фазыл Нурсултану (солетерапия), Гулим-наш фитнес тренер, девушка, с лица которой не сходила улыбка; Гульсезим (аэроинотерапия), Гаухар-массажист, Жансае (кислородный коктейль). Особое БЛАГОДАРЮ терапевту Омирханкызы Аиде, которая пошла навстречу мне, изменив график процедуры. Еда-отличная (даже перекормили😁). Хотелось бы, чтобы больше обратили внимание на время процедур. Бывало, что после завтрака некоторые спешили на ЛФК (с полным желудком🤭). Необходимо обратить внимание на территорию:много сухих, старых деревьев, сорняков...Конечно же, работы ведутся, и это обнадёживает. Успехов!Благодарных отдыхающих!

I really enjoyed the rest. Convenient location, there are excursions around the city, to Medeo, Cimbulac. The medical staff is polite, therapists prescribe individual procedures. The food is delicious at home. The rooms are warm and clean.

Хорошее место для отдыха и профилактики. Хороший и отзывчивый персонал. Так же в заведении ежедневно устраивают дискатеки и концерты. Процедуры мне лично помогли.Хочу отметить особенно массажистов, профессионалы своего дела.Еда на очень хорошем уровне.Даже не получается проголодаться.Номера стандартные.Всё очень чисто и аккуратно.Так ещё есть экскурсии по самым красивым местам Алматы

About nutrition. On the second day, you order from the one offered on the fourth day and so on until the end of your stay: on Wednesday, you place an order for Friday, on Thursday - for Saturday and Sunday. If you want to receive the ordered dishes, you may need to make a mark and put a signature. In our case, our order slips were not available at the weekend, but others appeared. Not fatal, but unpleasant.

Санатории предоставляет комплекс услуг, персонал вежливый, процедуры организованные, питание отличное.,номера убирают своевременно, на просьбы реагируют положительно.
Из минусов номера полулюкс не соотвествует заявленным рекламам, нет халатов, нет мыльных принадлежностей, нет кондиционера.
Из досуга: думаю надо разнообразить спектр, например; кинозал под открытым небом стал бы фишкой, осовременить библиотеку, поставить на улице столы для шахмат и тениса и тд и тп. В целом, хороший санаторий, желаю процветания!

Приехала в санаторий первый раз. Очень гостеприимный персонал. Лечение отличное, очень внимательные медработники. В номере чисто , тепло. Питание организовано и представлено на любой вкус. Всё приготовленно очень вкусно. Большое спасибо поварам. Лечением очень довольна. Планирую приехать в этот санаторий ещё . Благодарность адм инистрации за внимательные отношение ко всем, кто приехал лечиться . Спасибо.

Очень хороший санаторий! Воздух, природа, тишина, птицы поют!!! Белки бегают. Кормят на убой! Пять раз на дню! Персонал вежливый, процедуры все по часам. Не дай Бог опоздать! Чисто. Белье меняют каждые три дня. Все супер! Один недостаток , в комнатах Стандарт душ ну очень маленький! Очень тесный. А так все классно!

Отдыхаем здесь с 7сентября .желание уехать возникло с первых же дней. Главная причина расположение столовой в другом здании, что явно не расчитано на возрастных отдыхающих. Чтобы попасть туда надо пройти несколько метров, ступенек, подняться по четырем лестничным пролетам!! Дискотека выглядит как сельская вечеринка, где девочка включает музыку и только. Конкурсы, игры за пределами фантазии. Что касается персонала. К сотрудникам нет претензий. Их работа безупречна на мой взгляд.

Отличный санаторий в предгорьях нашего Алатау. Хорошее оснащение медоборудование, Собственные источники бальнеологической терапии (озокерит и минводы), приятный и вежливый персонал. Kyop rakhmet, kyzdar! Byari zhakzy boldy.

в конце лета 2021 года были с подругами, персонал очень гостеприимный, в номерах очень уютно и тепло, кормят очень вкусно , воздух чистый, обслуживание просто супер.,процедуры связаны с минеральной водой, медработники очень вежливые, всем большое спасибо.

Санаторий хороший.Расположен в горной местности, поэтому здесь воздух очень чистый.обслуживание на уровне и еда хорошая, но не хватает овощей и фруктов.Кормят 4 раза. Лечебные процедуры в основном связаны с миниральной водой.( До и после обеда ходишь по процедурам). Можно подняться выше и увидеть горы-вид неописуемый. Отдыхаюшие в основном люди в возрасте, но на дискотеке танцуют все.Погода в Алматы не жаркая, чувствуешь себя комфортно. В номере можно обойтись и без кондиционера.В общем уезжаешь с положительными впечатлениями.

Я была в гостях в Алматы в 2019году до пандемии. Тогда было очень жарко, мы с сыном ходили в ваш бассейн. Там не далеко живёт моя сестрёнка, мне очень понравилось в вашем санатории - это как оазис среди пустыни обязательно надо отдохнуть у вас по путёвке

1. В столовой нет контроля со стороны старшего по кухне за содержанием посуды в чистоте 2. Постоянно приходится просить чашку чая. 3. Диетический стол номер 5 не соответствует для употребления с заболеванием КЖТ, печени и др. 4. Некоторые мед.сестры обращаются с клиентами на повышенных тонах. Делают одолжение при оказании услуг. 5. Из 18 процедур указанных в рекламе приходится выпрашивать у врача, чтобы она назначила.
Нет желания посещать данный санаторий.

Отличный отдых, многообразие лечебных процедур от многих болезней, умелый и приветливый персонал, отличное вкусное с большим выбором и на любой вкус питание. Природа, которая восхитит вас с первой минуты прибывания в санатории Коктем. Всё это выделяет санаторий Коктем среди других санаториев и домов отдыха.

Тишина и птицы поют. Воздух обалденый! Корят на убой. Обслуживание хорошее. Постель меняют регулярно. Медперсонал и в столовой очень вежливый.
