I've never been to the actual restaurant but have ordered the Indian food a dozen times for delivery. I usually get the food within an hour, and it is absolutely delicious. This is one of the few places I've eaten where every meal is good and dishes I've ordered before are consistent in their portions and taste. My go-to orders are usually a combination of the following (all excellent): Butter Chicken, Chicken Curry, Chicken Pulao, Chicken Tikka Masala, butter naan, cheese naan. There's so much more on the menu as well, and all of it is reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

The cafe left quite a pleasant impression. The atmosphere is cozy, the music is not loud — you can sit and chat in peace. The menu is varied, the prices are average, not overpriced. We ordered several dishes: they were served quickly enough, the food was delicious, although nothing caused a "wow effect". The staff is polite, but not too proactive — sometimes you have to call. I really liked it here. Delicious pistachio cake, magnificent juicy veal, real tom yam and delicious non-alcoholic mulled wine! The restaurant has a place for children to play, the food is prepared quickly, everything is decorated beautifully. The next day, breakfast delivery was ordered. We helped to place an order via WhatsApp, because I could not log in through the application with a Russian SIM card. Everything is also very tasty, well packaged, signed. The food is delicious, but for some reason you have to place an order at the checkout. Some positions are at the second cash register at the opposite end of the establishment. They forgot to bring desserts at all. We asked the waiter twice to find out what was going on with the desserts. No effect whatsoever. Only an hour later and after requesting a refund for the desserts, the administrator connected and they were given to us in a couple of minutes.

I often visit this institution. The food is very tasty, almost most of the items offered on the menu are delicious, everything is very tasty. If you take homemade cutlets with beef meat or crispy wings, beef stroganoff, pizza just 10/10 , the staff is very polite. But lately, the kitchen has started to bring surprises. From the fast food menu: burgers have become very dry and small, if you order two combo burgers, for some reason they bring only one position of fries, although as stated, each combo should have its own fries. The served drink in the combo has become impoverished, apparently, before it was possible to take 0.5 liters of drink, now they only give 0.25 liters. which is frustrating. From the standard kitchen: - A couple of times they brought us homemade chicken cutlets, although the check was punched from beef meat. - chicken adobe by Filippensky - has become a very dry dish. - ramen - something is missing. - chicken soup - 90% of the soup content is broth. - morse - they always bring a half-empty decanter. - lemonades - no position of lemonades is exciting, as if ordinary soda mixed with additional flavors. If you decide to take something from pasta, not right away :)

We managed to have a great evening at the Koktem restaurant. I ordered mutton handi – the meat turned out to be incredibly tender and rich, with such flavors that it was simply impossible to tear myself away. Alu kuldzha added a twist to my dinner, the combination of flavors is simply amazing. For dessert, I chose tiramisu with pistachios, which is light and airy, and completed the meal perfectly. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy, the service is top-notch. I will definitely be back!
