When you list the advantages, keep in mind some disadvantages that a Class A business center cannot have. All toilets in the building can be locked and only then send a warning about it. There is never soap in the toilets. In winter, ice is not cleaned off the stairs and rubber is not installed on the steps. If you fall, they won't even help you get up and pretend that they didn't notice the incident. There has never been a window wash in three years. You can change the lamp only through the administration, it will take several days. If you feel hot or cold, you can only ventilate, since all this is centrally controlled. Parking costs 300 tenge/hour, some parking meters do not accept cards. If you leave late at night, you will have to wander through the entire building, because the main entrance will be closed and the card will not work. Carry lunch with you; the cafe is one and the food there is for an amateur.
