The view of the city is simply gorgeous. That's all. The attractions are outdated, there are no interesting animals in the zoo, almost only birds. There are no food courts. Driving your car to the top costs 5,000, but no one warns you that when the time comes for payment, there will be an announcement at the checkout that bills are not accepted. Payment is possible only through the QR code of the local bank, which tourists do not have, of course, you will have to run to the cashier, then back.

It is more correct to call this place 'the foot of the Koktobe Tower', because there is no ascent to the tower itself, but all the entertainment is below. There are both standard attractions such as shooting balls, and rollerban descent, Ferris wheel, etc. there is a free mini zoo, but it is better to meet the sunset here and listen to the bands in the evening
