We were with children aged 8 and 6. The rule on the attraction is: ticket 6p, children up to 120 cm are free. We bought two tickets, the youngest daughter is about 120 cm tall. 123 turned out to be wearing a hat and shoes on the height meter of the attraction) The employees did not miss it, strictly observing the rules) OK, we refused the trip, went to the ticket office to collect the money for the tickets. It turned out that the owner of this Ferris wheel, IE Sergey Yeroshchenko, was nearby. Instead of smoothing out and resolving the conflict, he began shouting at our grandmother in raised tones (she just asked about the license for the attraction), said that he would not return the money to us, almost climbed to fight in front of the children, referring to some article in the code. Moreover, he said that we are not the first ones) How he follows the rules and loves children) But according to the law, if you did not use the service, you can return the money, excluding part of the cost of making a receipt and tickets. As a result, it all ended with a police call and a refund. I will note that all this happened during the Slavic Bazaar, when there were many guests in the city. It is strange that such people who think only about their profits get a place in the city center for the installation of children's attractions. P.S. The toilets are locked, only visitors of the attraction can use them. Although, at the request of the executive committee issuing permission to place the attraction in a public place, an individual entrepreneur must provide access to bio toilets for everyone. Before going to the Ferris wheel and the nearest attractions belonging to this individual entrepreneur, think about whether it is worth carrying money into the pocket of such a person
