Why should I choose my city so that I can manually go through each of the options in search of what is available?? In 2025, so many anti-user friendly sites should not exist in principle!

I was choosing tires for a week, and on 10/13/2025 I left an order on the website, under the number 25668 for the purchase of 2 HIFLY Win-Turi 216 225/50R17 98H XL tires. Upon arrival at the tire store on 10/15/2025, I was informed that they did not have these tires and did not have them. There was no response to the question of why I was not contacted and notified about this. With the manager, I went to the website and showed that even at the moment on 10/15/2025 there are 4 tires in this store. As a result, time was lost, nerves, and the breakdown of a tire repair appointment, which was planned before a long-distance car trip. Previously, I constantly used the services of this store, regularly buying tires for all cars, after this case there is no such desire anymore.
