Good afternoon. I would like to express my indignation, or rather the disappointment of the following persons. My child is studying at the Hummingbird dance school. After some time, they had a demonstration performance, the whole family was just happy!!! But here we had to face certain difficulties. Firstly, payment for watching the concert turned out to be made only through the ERIP system, but that's not even the question. We all live in the 21st century, so I think there are no problems with payment.But it turned out that not everything is so simple. The concert was organized by a certain "Victoria". After several unsuccessful efforts to pay for this service through ERIP, we turned to the same "Victoria", the withdrawal was completely ignored. As a result, all the child's classes at this school were reduced to zero. The parents did not get to the concert, and the relatives also could not, due to the fact that the concert organizer was negligent in her official duties.The child was unable to perform fully, as he expected his parents in the form of an audience, as a result, he was morally injured and still cannot recover. EVERYONE was hurt!!!.I think that the behavior of a person engaged in organizational skills is not acceptable in such an area!!!Such people should not work in such a system((((((
