Today, 07/24/25, we celebrated a birthday. The kitchen is good. But I couldn't rest. They left after an hour and a half, and other visitors were also resting there. They were constantly playing music at full volume. We just couldn't hear each other at our table. At our requests, the staff threw up their hands and said they couldn't do anything. We need to be more attentive to our customers. We're not against music, but that's it... They gave away 17,000 and moved to another place. Everything has always been celebrated in Kolkheti, but today's situation has changed the attitude towards this institution. If the staff cannot regulate comfort, then there is nothing to do in such an institution. I don't recommend it. We are the same customers.

The Kolkheti restaurant is a real discovery for lovers of Georgian cuisine. All the dishes are like at grandma's house: with a soul, fragrant and satisfying. I especially liked the kharcho and shish kebab. Thanks to the staff for the warm welcome!

Frequent visitors to Kolkheti, if assessed impartially: The kitchen is very good and reasonably priced. Shish kebab is always juicy and tender. Lamb dishes are excellent, fish dishes are very tasty, snacks and cold dishes for 4+, the atmosphere of a family holiday. If you're hanging out, it's clearly not the right place. The service is excellent, not intrusively delicate. The interior is without frills, a classic that does not bother with obsession and an abundance of paraphernalia. In winter, the hall is cool, and the disadvantages are the presence of a bathroom in the next room. While resting in Kolkheti, you can get ready to leave several times and still sit up until closing time, you can leave the car on the territory and pick it up in the morning, they always help you call a taxi (the operator's answer is no cars in your area) they decide from their own reserves. Overly amused guests are pacified with a kind word. We recommend it to the whole family.
