The staff is polite, the food is tasteless, of all the canteens in Vitebsk, this is the worst. Borscht is tasteless , there were a lot of meat skins in the salad , they did not finish eating. I do not recommend visiting . It's better to go to another one. Because there is no choice, it is better to stay hungry.

Delicious, satisfying, polite staff, clean, everything you need for a pleasant lunch, oh yes, and this is the dining room! A canteen where citizens and hard workers eat. For two people 15 rubles.
