We stopped by with an excursion. The place is beautiful, there is a fountain and a sea view. Other places offer photos with birds/monkeys, here with a lioness. You can admire it for 10 minutes, if by car.

Cons: there were after the storm, everything was littered with debris and sand, no one was in a hurry to clean up. There is no infrastructure nearby, no food, no drinks. I understand that it's not really the season, but tour groups are brought all the time. Stray dogs, in packs, dirty, hungry, it's scary to go out.

Nothing impressive to me. Perhaps if you know the history of this place it would be more interesting. In addition to the fountain and this very colonnade, there is a cafe and a paid toilet. Some men were standing below, imposing a photo with a bird and insanely worn national clothes. I would not recommend going here specifically. If you find yourself passing through here, then yes, you can go out to watch and stretch your legs.
