Great hotel! Almost in the very center of the city. The rooms are great. The bed linen is clean, not washed. The rooms are clean. The sanitary ware is shiny. Room prices are reasonable. The employees are friendly, they will tell you everything, show you the numbers to choose from. The rooms have fast Wi-Fi, a TV with a variety of channels, both local and Russian. I lived in this hotel for a week. I really liked the hotel.

Excellent location and parking. But a tired guest house, prehistoric repairs, dying plumbing, problems with hot water… It's not worth the money! We will be looking for other housing in the future!

I rented a cheap room in February 2024. They took 12k tenge per day. Payment in cash, and if by transfer, it is 1k tenge more expensive (but there is a Bereke ATM on the opposite side of the intersection). Payment for the actual day of stay - that is, if you check in at 18 o'clock, then you can leave before 18 o'clock the next day. The room is warm, clean, 2 single beds, shower, toilet, sink, TV, hot water, Wi-Fi is available. Towels and shampoo in disposable bags are available. There is toilet paper. You can smoke. There is no antenna cable to the TV, so you can only watch Smart TV, for example, videos from YouTube. The rooms are on the second floor, and there is a cafe on the ground floor.
