I want to thank Olga for choosing a family vacation tour to Egypt.
All our criteria and budget have been taken into account!
The choice fell on Pickalbatros laguna club. We were satisfied, the quiet hotel is on the second line (on the first you can use all the pools and some restaurants), the beach is shared by two hotels. There was enough food (considering that we were with the child for 9 months and he was fed from the common table (boiled vegetables, stewed meat, soups). There was seafood once a week. The staff is very responsive, they will solve the problem very quickly in any situation.
The waiters are guys, the gold is straight...as soon as the speck fell, it was immediately removed. The hotel is clean.

I want to thank the Columbus company for the organized tour to Moscow (25.06). I really liked everything. Accommodation and meals for 10 out of 10. Dining in beautiful tourist spots: Moscow City, Ostankino, the Temple of the Armed Forces. Super!!! The guide told everything in an interesting and understandable way, showed, advised before individual walks. I would especially like to note the professionalism of the drivers. They knew their way around Moscow perfectly, skilfully avoided traffic jams and tried to get us to tourist places as safely and accurately as possible!!!! Everything is super and on top!!! Thank you very much!!!

To be honest, the positive reviews are very surprising, we went to Russia several times (the review about St. Petersburg from the author below is true) and unfortunately we don't want to go to Europe anymore. Uncomfortable buses, and in summer, the air conditioners didn't work well, and when the question arose that those in front of them were literally lying down on their feet for the entire trip (!), the escort couldn't even solve this issue, although everyone pays for comfort, they applied more than 5 times!We are generally silent about the fact that one thing was written in the program, but another came out.
The choice of hotels is not very good, as are the rooms. About the fact that our rooms were changed at the whim of others from the group, because their children had little room, in general, again, we are silent! It was supposed to be for a couple, changed, as we later realized by chance, to theirs with separate beds. Without our consent.
The only special thanks to the drivers, great professionals, the rest is disappointment

This is not the first time we have contacted the operator Olga with the search for tours to Turkey and Egypt. Every vacation goes great, Olga always selects great hotels, takes into account all wishes. This year we stayed at the Picalbatros Aqua Park hotel in Sharm El Sheikh and were satisfied.

The hotel is 5 🌟(this is an estimate. The hotel is 4*)
The bus is good. During the day, the tour is good, BUT... night trips back and forth are disgusting. There is very little space in the cabin between the seats.
Only this adds negativity to a good tour organization..
I wish the company a new spacious bus.

we went with the children on a trip to St. Petersburg with this company on 27.06. I do NOT recommend it. the bus was without air conditioning, the heat was incredible. and when it rained, it flowed! The roof! The bus!! 15+ hours on the road. the hotel, as stated, 4* smelled terrible in the rooms. The travel program DOES NOT CORRESPOND to the actual route. no one adheres to the program, they said not to look at it, because it does not correspond to reality. that is, you are being rolled the way they want, you do not have the right to vote (adhere to the program). as a result, this led to the fact that the tour was reduced by one day: we visited the last day of the excursions according to the program on another day (they gave an hour and a half to the Hermitage instead of the whole day). as a result, instead of a whole day of excursions, we went home. next: the prices indicated in the program are outdated. (after paying for the tour trip, it became more expensive, they had to pay extra, they did not forget about it)) but did you forget to update the prices for the current ones? There were children who took a fixed amount and did not have enough pocket money for all the excursions. because the prices are not the same! ***, not otherwise. they are completely misleading. They would have had a conscience, bringing children! This is an additional responsibility! the response to the outrage was: "these are not the same prices for a long time, everything has gone up in price"
maybe we should not find out about this in fact? and in advance?
We spent a lot of time waiting. the tickets were not purchased in advance. The "guide" went out to buy tickets in queues, and we sat on the bus and waited.

Apparently I was just unlucky. I was looking for a tour, I worked with a representative of a travel agency, Victoria, who was reluctant to answer my questions in Viber or did not answer at all. She did not send documents to the post office and was absent from work on the eve of departure, she said that she was not interested in work issues on her day off. In Egypt, there were also questions about pre-booking the room. The other employees were very attentive and meekly performed her duties. Therefore, I recommend the agency, but avoid Victoria.
