After your service, I had an engine breakdown (pistons met with clans) and I got into expensive repairs: replacement of valves, hydraulic compensators, rockers and everything related.
What happened?
We brought the car here for after-sales service in April of the 23rd year. The car had previously been driven only in Europe and was serviced by the officials there. Citroen 1.5 liter hdi diesel engine.
The timing belt was changed. They installed a non-original Gates product and did not warn about it, did not offer the original. You can't put these belts on these engines! They take care of 20-40 thousand and tear, which leads to engine damage. I've got a 40k gap. All the car service stations that repair these engines say that they have a lot of such engines, where the pistons were met with valves due to a torn belt. I can't believe your experts didn't know about this. And if they really didn't know, then it's probably better to teach the math part and not expose your clients to such a risk. I think you've committed criminal negligence by giving me this belt. The teeth simply break off from the belt by pressing your finger. My belt twisted at low speed, the car stalled and wouldn't start again. What if it happened on a highway with a speed of 120? I would have been in a serious accident with a high probability. The breakdown happened 800km from home. So I also had to fork out for a tow truck. Transportation over such a distance costs 850 units, for a moment.
At the same time, on April 23, we changed the purpose of the camshafts here. They also did not offer to install an 8 mm chain immediately instead of the native 7 mm, which also breaks very often. Citroen even announced a recall company for 760,000 cars with such an engine because of this chain. But no, we were not offered an 8mm chain. Didn't you know about this problem either? Again, questions about the competence of your specialists.
For little things:
They asked me to put all the replaced parts in the trunk, but they didn't see a single one.
They asked to see why the washer on the rear window was not working properly - they said that there was a separate pump on the back and that they had changed it for 40 rubles. The washer supply to the rear window continued to work every other time, and at the first frost, the washer on both the front and rear windows stopped working altogether (the winter antifreeze was poured). We found out that there is only 1 washer pump in the car, common to the front and rear windows. The problem was solved when we actually changed this washer pump. There have been no problems since then.
After that, a reasonable question arose: did you really change everything from the act of completed work, or did you also write it only on paper? Oh, yes, the timing belt was definitely changed, but the old original would have been better.
Correcting your mistakes cost me 2,250 yandex units, not counting the transportation of a broken car.
In general, I strongly do not recommend this service. Unfortunately, the legal warranty for replaced parts is only 1 year. Otherwise, I would have sued.
Comrades Dmitruk and Shnitovsky, who were working on my car on Kalyada, don't work like that, it's coming back.

Of all the hundred I've been to, this is the best. They will not cheat you when you have extra work, they will advise you. They do it quickly. All my friends are surprised when I say that "that's it, I made the car, I'm going." It can only be delayed if you need to wait for some spare parts. And so, in my opinion, they always have most of the small spare parts. Always if I'm not repairing from them, I regret it.
I heard that the masters of the service station once had internships at the factories of the manufacturer or somewhere else... I don't know if it's true or not, but the people there are good anyway!)

Don't trust them with your car. 3 months after replacing the timing belt, pump, and reinstalling the bed at the Kolyada station, a stench of burnt oil appeared on Puteisky.
When referring this issue to another service station, puddles and oil drips were found at the joints and around the nodes, which were removed and reinstalled during work on the Kolyada. According to the employees of 2 other service stations, when replacing the timing belt and pump, something was assembled incorrectly, for example, a gasket was poorly installed or a sealant was incorrectly placed. The warranty, according to an employee of the Kolyada service station, does not apply to handiness, only to parts purchased from them.
So we'll have to redo for money what was messed up on the Kolyada on Puteisky Lane. Redo it elsewhere, of course. Otherwise, you'll have to redo it again.
