It's a rare sight! We ordered a sofa on July 30th.They asked to increase the sleeping place by 10 cm. The receptionist of the orders with us called the "director" Komlev Nikolai Stepanovich to find out the increase in cost.The figure of 10% was announced.We made an advance payment and drew up a contract. After 70 years!!! days later, "direkhtar" calls and informs us that we have to pay not 10 but 30% extra!!!!! When asked why the contract was drawn up, it was said that if we did not pay extra, we would not make a sofa!!! And in the contract, the production time, attention.... 120!!! working days!!! After talking with sellers from other manufacturers, we learned that NO ONE wants to cooperate with Avita!!!PEOPLE, RUN AWAY FROM THEM!!!
