We ordered a sofa from this company in early 2016. We were immediately warned that we have small children and therefore it should be made of high-quality materials, namely: leatherette should not be wiped quickly, the fabric should not be branded and not be afraid of moisture. We were assured that the materials that were selected for our sofa are exactly like that. Trusting "proffi", we agreed and ordered it with delivery. The cost went for a small sofa at that time was not small, namely a little more than 11 million bel. rubles, which at the exchange rate of that time was 500 USD. When the sofa was ready, it was brought to us at the agreed time and raised to the fifth floor. At the same time, tearing the leatherette on the handle. After a short conversation with the director, the company agreed to redo the damaged element. But doubts about the quality of the materials crept in, and as it turned out later, it was not in vain. After 3.5 years of operation, we can safely say that we were deceived. The leatherette on the handles is all frayed and flown. The fabric has worn off, lost its color. At the same time, when touching it with a damp cloth, it still paints. And even worse, the slightest drop of liquid spilled on it leaves a bright stain on it. Small children are not an excuse for this sofa, since we negotiated the operating conditions in advance and asked for the appropriate materials (we were not limited in money), as well as in the next room there is another sofa (bought from another company for about the same money three years earlier), which has survived all the trials and still it looks like new. It can be concluded that the company does not care what happens to their product immediately after receiving payment, the main thing is to sell it more expensive.
