Even 1 star is a pity, since this organization, to put it mildly, lures people with low prices, the only explanation for which is that this is a long-term construction. Those who bought apartments in unfinished houses can no longer get their money back. And they also owe their contractors. Even the decisions of the courts are in no hurry to execute.
